Can someone suggest a good case for OnePlus 5 in India. There are a lot of cases in eBay. Has someone tried any of those?

Not sure if it's in India yet but im pretty pleased with my FlexiCase from Orzly.
Don't buy cases on one plus to expensive and the expedition is expensive and it takes a lot a time for you to receive it(they miss the dead line to deliver my case 10 days!!) and i haven't received! I've open a case on paypal for them to refund me

+1 I have this, high grade and quality, and feels amazing, good grip.
Apparently the rhino bumper looks good, couple that with a decent skin and youre set. It definitely needs something, far too slippy and it will almost certainly not survive a drop.

Hello there!
I am looking for a leather case for my yet to be bought OnePlus 5. Not a flip case, but something like this Apple leather case.
Has anybody seen something like this for the OnePlus 5?
Thanks!
I am also looking for something like this. I loved my OnePlus 3T leather case, to bad that they discontinued it.
From noreve.com there will be such a case available in future.
Für example the OnePlus 3:
https://www.noreve.com/en/3/3386-oneplus-3-leather-cover.html
https://www.noreve.com/en/5/3556-oneplus-5-leather-cover.html
That looks promising! Thanks for sharing!
If you want leather, what I did was buy a small roll of real leather and then just sew it to fit the phone perfectly, like a sleeve. I just hand sewed it. You can put your thread color to contrast with the leather, or to match it. Then you can also cut a small hole for the notification slider or they things (like the notification light).
I've tried many cases, but none are quite as good as just a perfectly fitting leather sleeve.
Almost no added bulk. Plus it cleans your screen every time you take it in and out.
And you can just scrunch the leather back into your pocket when you are using the phone.
DropBOB.ca for my blog!
I ordered 2 @ Aliexpress. One from MOFi and one from KEZiHome. I hope they are not the greatest crap. I think they will be ok until something better is available
@Walhalla, once you get them, please post back a few impressions.
Thanks!

I have both, KEZiHOME is from genuine leather, MOFi is not. The first one looks more luxurious than the mofi one.

How tight do they fit? Is there a difference in fitting?
How long did shipping take?

I use this https://www.amazon.co.uk/fitBAG-tailored-integrated-microfibre-cleaning-Beat-Blue/dp/B01MRLV9KS/
Works fine for the OP5 as well. Really nice soft leather feel to it and as you mention, easy to just scrunch up in the pocket.
This looks similar but it won't be real leather:

I ordered one btw! But from a different store. Will update once received on Feb 15-March 10. Ordered the Alcantara fabric case and calf leather case for OnePlus 5t and iPhone X.
Sorry guys I totally forgot to post the pictures I shot.
Here you go: Gallery
To be honest, I never used them, because I didn't liked them.
MOFi - The color is more gray than black and the texture is very smooth and somehow slippery. The in hand feel is definetly not leather. Opticaly the thick edges were not eye-pleasing.
KEZiHome - Nice textured feeling. I never had the feeling that the device would slip out of my hand, but I didn't liked the color in person. Another bummer was that it was very hard to use the alert slider and the volume buttons.
Too bad that OnePlus canceled the leather case after the OnePlus 3T. I f**** loved that case.
I was wondering if anyone knew of any cases that are compatible with the oneplus 5 3D TGSP from oneplus? I know of a few and wanted to expand the list. Here is what I know
1. karbon bumper case from oneplus
2. TUDIA OnePlus 5 Case, Slim-Fit HEAVY DUTY [MERGE] EXTREME Protection
3. Rhinoshield bumper
I am looking for more cases.....know if any that may work?
Are you sure about the Tudia? Looks like it has quite a big front lip to me.

I am adding the rhinoshield to this list!
Folks the caseology parralax case is compatible and looking really really nice.
Legion series can't say it is compatible don't own it.
Ohh and the pics for who want to see it
I know... I've never heard of them either, but dang am I impressed. So I'm only gonna share images of my current favourite from their range, which is the tempered glass back transparent case. Now this case provides a truly premium look and feel to the device, showing off the twilight colour variant the most being completely transparent on the back with a sheet of very smooth glass for that high quality feel. It is seamlessly fused into the rest of the case which is a grippy tpu type material, round all sides of the device. The cameras are recessed by a maximum of 1mm or less. It is recessed and then four corners of the case on the back are slightly raised for further clearance. So a total of 2mm clearance for the cameras.
The lip on the front is too minimal but I have a TGSP on there and the lip is flush with the TGSP, in terms of clearance. This is an aesthetic strength for me as the case is remarkably minimal compared to other cases of this choice of material and design. The sides are not so thick that it alters the grip your hand is used to when handling the phone naked, unlike most cases.
Ultimately, the case makes it feel as though your handling another phone of slightly greater thickness, resulting from that cold smooth touch front and back of the device owing to the glass there. A very classy case indeed!
I thoroughly recommend their OTHER soft matte smooth flexi case https://www.amazon.co.uk/ESR-Huawei...=1532884109&sr=8-6&keywords=esr+p20+pro+case. That case feels really natural to the touch due to that soft touch finish. It is very minimal, contrary to other cases that go with a similar finish. It is the lowest profile case I used for this device, IN THIS MATERIAL. It repels fingerprints well, too. Even this 'more typical' case has a white grid finish in the inside. It's their attention to detail that stands out.
See my later posts for information on Cafele cases.
Doesn't seem much different to the hybrid from spigen or other similar cases no?

I found the hybrid and similar cases to be a lot bulkier. Plus, they don't come with a glass back.

What do you think of their tempered glass?
It says that ir covers everything so I don't know if it is full glue and if it is case friendly

I meant the one from ESR.
I have tried the one from spigen but it seems like the oleophobic doesn't last too long.

ESR doesn't supply a TGSP for the display. Their case has glass on the back, not for the front of the display but the back of the case.
I used Spigen and it had halo effect for me. I now use G Color, with nearly no halo at all and good oleophobic coating. I have used Klearlook too, which were the best in my opinion. The problem with Klearlook was they were maximum coverage which is good for only very few cases out there. Otherwise, they are my recommendation. G Color works fine for me too.

Yes they do. In most Amazon stores at least, maybe not in the US though. https://www.amazon.co.uk/ESR-Protector-Tempered-Coverage-Resistant/dp/B07BRKCDCW

Ah I remember their one now. I didn't buy it based on the poor reviews. I'm happy with G Color because I seem to always get halo from other brands (besides Klearlook, which had no halo but didn't fit well with cases as it was a full coverage glass panel.)

G color is very nice. The problem is that it has 2 black bands that cover a bit of the screen. Do you know if you bought the old or the new case friendly version?
I got the new version and I would like to know if the old version maybe works with esr and doesn't have those lines

Please explain the two black bands... I don't understand.
The full body screen protectors cover the side and top very well with black borders. I think that's what he's talking about.
And I would love to know if the esr screen protector works with the ears cases.
Because I have a full body screen protector myself and was going to buy the esr cases but wanted to know if the full body screen protector with the borders will work for this case.
Thanks in advance

Does it wobble on a flat surface?
Looking for a bumper style, fully covering leather case.
Found this but it doesn't offer complete lip protection and is, as of now, discontinued.
Any suggestions?

I have the krussel case, overall I am not impressed. The leather feels cheap, the corners on the front are starting to peel and overall feel is mediocre at best. Is it worth the 30 bucks? Short answer is no
I have been searching for a genuine leather case (as per request) as well. If anyone has any ideas on how to get one, it would really help.
Suggestion...maybe a Dbrand Grip case with a leather skin on the back.

Hello,
I plan to buy a 7T Pro and am looking for a case/bumper.
Is it safe, that the 7T Pro's body is exactly the same as the one of the 7 Pro except the sensor position next to the cameras?
If it is, I could order the RhinoShield CrashGuard Bumper for the 7 Pro and use it on the 7T Pro.

Hi, I am one of the few rare cases who have used OnePlus 7 Pro and OnePlus 7t Pro in real life usage for a period of time. Had a 7 Pro which I used for 3 months before it fell and broke from the 6th floor of a building, damaging the set completely. Got the Insurance money, waited for a month and got 7t Pro now. Long story short, can confirm that the body is exactly the same as the 7 Pro, except the sensor. I had bought multiple covers for my 7 Pro and am using the remaining ones with the 7t Pro without any problem. So if you want to go ahead and get the rhino shield, please do so.
However, I would suggest wait for a month or so, I am sure Rhinoshield will launch another cover for OnePlus 7t Pro with the proper cut out for the sensor. That is what I am doing, except in my case it is a Nill kin ultra thin case I am waiting for
Thank you very much for your information from own experience!
The RhinoShield I plan to buy is a bumper with open back, so I think they will just sell the same for the 7T Pro in this case.
Yeah the body is the same, only different on the back with the Laser AF.
My Rhinoshield CrashGuard for the 7 Pro fit perfectly
Would love to see a photo of the Bumper on the 7T Pro.
:good:
Thank you! ??
Absolutely love this bumper. The back just feels to nice and looks to great to hide it behind a case. Even a transparent one...
It's not bad
How is it with the Horizon Light - can you still see it with the Bumper on?
I can't decide between the Rhinoshield Bumper and the Supcase thin fit with the tranparent back...
I got the thin fit Supcase and in my opinion take the Rhinoshield Bumper it is more safe and secure for your 7T pro.
Put a back covers like this http://https://www.amazon.co.uk/Full-Cover-Protector-crystal-clear-self-Healing-absorption-Transparent/dp/B081D59225/ref=sr_1_7?keywords=brotect+oneplus+7t+pro&qid=1574714692&sr=8-7
I'm waiting for the solidsuit 7t pro which comes out in december
I got the RhinoShield CrashGuard and can definitely NOT recommend it.
It feels nice and looks good, but it does not fit the 7t Pro well. It blocks a small part of the front cam so every picture gets a shade at the bottom of the picture...

I received mine earlier today and I cannot confirm your experience!
The RhinoShield fits really well, all cut-outs are perfet and in my case there's no bump that creats a shadow when using the front cam.
Maybe I am just lucky...
Maybe it's bad luck on my side then, contacted the manufacturer... Will keep you updated.

Right now I am using the SupCase, but by mid next week I'll probably swith to the RhinoShield
As requested, thanks for the imei heads up.
Looks really good. On a side note, the one thing I hate about the McLaren design is that they have the IMEI number on the back of the phone. Dumbest damn thing ever put permanently on the back of a phone!

But the HD913 version has the "beautiful" Shenzhen OnePlus company info on the back
