I heard that version V10C is released, but I couldn't find any update using LG PC Suite IV with my phone connected.
Anyone upgraded already and how?
No update from LG PC Suite IV for me too.
Here they speak about a V10C they had installed too
http://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/showthread.php?p=50128685
but no other information or download link is available. May be it is a release for some region only.
I guess this is the donwload link:
http://csmg.lgmobile.com:9002/swdata/WEBSW/LGP500/ANEUBK/V10c_00/V10C_00.kdz
You update it using KDZ_FW_UPD: http://www.mediafire.com/?6do22vdco203d0y
Using the option 3GQCT DIAG.
I did that sucessfully for a Vodafone branded P500 flashing the unbranded V10A:
http://csmg.lgmobile.com:9002/swdata/WEBSW/LGP500/APRTBK/V10a_00/V10A_00.kdz
I will try flashing mine with V10C tomorrow, because I don't have time today...
If you are afraid of flashing the V10C,try flashing the V10A and "ask" for updates...mine told me about V10B "Vodafone"...but since I have V10B vodafone,I guess it won't tell me about V10C,because it is the unbranded version...
Use at your own risk..
10A-B-C are same kernel V. but differ region release ?
another one flash B to C and has no differ or update
need changelog =_=
Tried to flash V10C to my phone and gave me error,as the phone only went to emergy mode,I "changed it" for a new one, because I was in the 14 day exchange warranty.
Flashed the new one to V10a,and it only show V10B (vodafone) as update...nothing about v10c.

Hey all
I successfully updated my p500 to v10c.
I used kdz_fw_up in english, windows enabler and the kdz provided in this thread.
I started kdz, "read phone information", 3GQCT DIAG, selected the kdz and strated the update.
Halfway through it, it popped an runtime error, i ignored it and let it continue. It finnished the update and only after the update was finnished I pressed the "OK" button in the error dialog causing the application to close. I was using WinXP SP3.
Phone went to emergency mode, removed battery to turn off, placed the battery again, switched on and...... V10c!

OH YES! It worked ......
I tried the 3 versions (a, b, c) ... but I can't see any difference .... kernel is the same, errors are the same :-(
Have you tried with D version ?
I just flashed mine (stock LG cell) with this one, and no problems of kernel anymore.

I have following versions:
V10d (ARUSSV) от 18.10.2010 - Russia.
V10d (ACISSV) от 25.10.2010 - CIS.
In the first one there is English, but no Deutsch.
May be you could select it using MoreLocale.
Do you need it? Get here http://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=195545
Or just ask me to reupload somewhere.
This is V10d (ARUSSV) от 18.10.2010 - Russia.
http://narod.ru/disk/594135001/V10D_00.kdz.html
it has English, Russian, and using MoreLocale2 you can choose main European languages, Chinese too.
was getting real annoyed with the random LGMITS force stop errors and forced me to consider flashing. no updates found if i use the conventional pc suite method.
I successfully flashed mine from unbranded v10b (i bought my unit locally here in the philippines) to v10c using kdz updater. never encountered any error at all.
when phone rebooted, all my apps were still there as well as my customizations. the only thing different is my phone got unrooted (missing Super User Icon) which I remedied via running z4root again.
I checked settings > about phone and verified version was indeed v10c now.
i connected my phone to lg pc suite 4 and it said there was an update available??? curiously, i let it try to update but as soon as the LG Mobile Support Tool was invoked by PC Suite, it said I already have the latest version (v10c) and stopped at that. Weird.
Anyway, haven't seen the LGMITS force close errors yet, so hopefully this f/w works for me.
UPDATE: started getting the LGMITS errors again. argh!
In these days my O1 should comes back from service (IMHO the GSM reception was very bad). On the LG service site they write "Repaired" and "Operation executed: software update". So, I think we could clarify something about the various V10x versions as soon a read the new version installed on my O1...though I have the suspect to still see "V10A" (like before send the phone to the service)...IMHO it is not possible that the problem was a SW problem, otherwise I should not be the only one with a very bad network reception...
We will see.

Dear community,
when I updated my dual sim phone H818p (AME region) via OTA to MM - version v20c, I realized that phone calls and SMS messaging do not work after the phone is encrypted. When trying to take or receive a call no connection is established and the phone app gets stuck. Additionally SIM2 does not connect automatically to the network anymore. Interestingly, internet via phone providers still works on both SIMs. This phenomenon is reversible, in unencrypted mode everything works flawlessly. Since I need encryption for use as company phone I have a real problem here.
I meanwhile also tried to flash the new version v20d which was recently released in Europe, but encountered the same bug with this ROM. Also resetting the phone to factory settings or flashing the ROM in refurbish mode with full memory wipe did not change a thing.
LG support (I have to use Middle East because of the phone region AME) is not very helpful. They only offer help if I send the phone in and do not comment on the issue itself.
In case anyone has similar issues with MM on the H818p (or other phones of the LG G4 family), please let me know, especially if you have found a fix to this problem.
Back to Lollipop
Since nothing worked to solve my problem with any MM version of the H818p stock software, I wnet back to Lollipop via LGUP - v10l. Very disappointing that LG apparently distributes software via OTA which has such serious flaws.
Update: I am back to Android 6 via OTA. Via another entry I learned that the bug disappears, when deactivating the SIM-lock and restarting the phone. Now phone calls and SMS work normal again also while the phone is encrypted.
Sent from my LG-H818 using XDA-Developers mobile app
Ill get right to the point, I'm on the latest FW 10e and whenever I try to enable bluetooth it clicks on and looks like its going to enable then doesnt.
The BT switch simply just turns itself off. No errors, nothing, just will not enable.
Just got my H850, booted up and on 10a FW out of the box.
First unlocked bootloader and flashed Modem/Bootloader/Boot to 10e versions and to latest Genesis rom
Still same issues.
Tried flashing back to stock 10d FW using KDZ and still having the issue.
Anyone have a fix for this or is this a HW issue?
I do not have a Sim card right now as I was waiting for AT&T to ship it..
Recently I replaced my LG V10 motherboard come with Lollipop 5.1.1, then I update to Nougat through LG Bridge. But when it restart to new Nougat OS it cant detect my sim card anymore... Also, the model also changed from H961N to H960A.
Any solution to switch the model back to H961N?? I tried to flash back to Lollipop but now the phone only stuck in download mode.
LG Bridge detected is H961N which is the correct model, while in LGUP is H960A.
Have you seen if the IMEI was modified?
