Hi everyone. After i encountered a few issues in papsis free release rom, i switched to lineage os. But there were way too many issues. Youtube video freezing, browser crashing etc.
The problem is after i restored my papsi rom backup i realized i didnt remove fingerprints and i dont have backup for that. Can i fix this? If so how? Please help me!
Please suggest any ideas you have! I desperately want to fix this

I did but it didn't work. It's all right though i dont remember how but i did eventually fix it. Thanks for the help though!

Hi i need some help with the latest turkbey rom as i tried it last night and everything worked fine apart from the swype keyboard it kept sayin error with english swype and then close, i did a clean install and cant find anything on this error can anyone please help me,

Try this for an option. Go into settings - applications - all scroll down till you find Swype. Click on it. There you have options to clear cache or data..clear data come out and see if it works..Maybe reboot just to be on the safe side

no problem my friend glad it worked for you.
I have installed the smart droid 4.3 rom on my i9300 and i got to say the rom is awesome. the one problem i face is that whenever i try to sync the contacts i get the android.process.acore error. i installed the rom after using megawipe and i tried clearing the data and the cache of contacts,contacts storage and phone but to no avail.
Download and install again .

I have tried that but the problem persists. I have had the same problem on Smart Phone Revolution as well. Don't know what is causing this!
@ricky310711 : I have used both ur roms- SPR and smart droid. The roms are awesome. it is smooth and battery friendly but i always get the android.process.acore error when ever the sync is on.

some users say installing some bloat fixes this, we havent had the time to go through it and figure the proper error but i assure you V2.5 the problem will be fixed along with
the wallpaper bug(bad method and mismatched id's in classes.dex)
installation bug(partitions mounted after backups, a temporary fix is to mount /data before installation)
and the camera bug(megabass beats was the cause)
EDIT: im 99% sure the problem is a missing allshare lib, could you flash bloat and install allshare and tell me if problems still persist? you will help the whole SmartDroid community!

Hi ricky310711 don't know if it's of any help but I had a similar problem with gmail and contacts because i didn't install bloatware originally but I just installed the stock e-mail only from bloatware and sync was working again.Not saying this is the solution but it helped me at the time there maybe other things happening not sure hope that helps....

Sorry @ricky310711 was a bit busy with my work. New boss is a slave driver. Anyways i installed the bloatware and it helped. Hope this helps you in making the rom kick ass

I have made a Firmware which includes the correct modem for restore your signal. Script "MotoEXT1511Flash" is included, you will need fastboot, mfastboot and adb files to run it. Enjoy!

I get FAILED <remote failure> in every step.
I have tried reinstalling the drivers, different usb ports and nothing..

really really important, please help me on this.
i have saved my password for some webpages in andriod browser. when ever i need, i just open the page and am already signed in. somehow, something have happed, now it keeps asking me for the password which i forgot. my phone is always locked and no one else can possibly open it. so i don't know what happened exactly and why. i can't choose to click the password recovery/forgot password, as it's kind of company rules. i will really really appreicate any tips or adivce on this. ready to do any thing with the phone, root and all. just please let me know what to do.

If you are using chrome, you could try logging chrome into your google account, download chrome on a PC and login, and once its synced recover the passwords from the PC. Also if you are using firefox try the ssame

please bear with me a little on this, am a newbie in all this. first to start with, from the first link you sent me, i can't find the file: webview.db from /data/data/com.android.browser, the folder is embty. or is that the case until i root and then it will apprear?

I'm not sure, try the second answer in the link, it will only work after you root the phone. I'm not sure if webview.db will appear after root, the only thing you can do is try. (I'm kinda a newbie to this too, just trying to help)
