Due to low voltage CPU, it does not generates much heat. So in a nutshell, it stays almost normal with light usage

gets heated quickly but gets normalized soon at the same time. but now we use high end phones so no complaint with 3+ years old phone now

The thinness of the phone works against it.
Its gets a bit warm in normal use but not too much.
During charging it can quickly heat up esp. in summers.
A style shell or case somewhat helps.

Gets stupid warm with the Incipio bumper.
Stutters when navigating on phone holder under hot sum sometimes ( I live in a tropical climate)
Oh, had a screen replacement, the glue is basically coming off on the heatpipe side of screen because of the constant heating and cooling cycle.
Mine is going sometimes to 45 C. It's unpleasant to hold.
I flashed Stock 7.1.1 ROM yesterday. After that it doesnt get so extremly warm, as with Custom ROM.

Haven't faced any sonce more than a year now. It also depends on usage but as it is not a metal body, dessipated heat is less than a phone with metal body.

Phone gets hot when using intensive apps and charging at the same time, but to be honest, it doesn't get hot when it's charging in my opinion.
I had major issues with heat in my device I wasn't using a super intensive app and charging and the phone did quite warm.. It also warped and bent to the point it broke the screen from the inside. I'm more careful with it now but for me I felt it was really poor it did this
For any problems is good custom rom !! Try use custom for really better usage

Excellent heat management
My unit only warms up during charging, but that also only for a while until around 50% and the device will cool down from there until fully charged.
mine's normal usage goes from 35 degrees celcius to around 39. great heat management for SD625

Phone Doesn't Heat-up that much. If you do Some heavy tasks then Obviously it will heat, don't Baby cry about it.
