To get the phone working, you can flash a stock ROM from sammobile.com with Odin. Doing this may cause you to lose all of your data.

HELP-Stuck in S3 start screen

Hi
I was trying to flash the Better Brightness thing on my phone which is running Siyah Kernel rooted on stock but it bootlooped so I was stuck. I thought formating the system in CWM recovery might fix it but now it gets stuck in the Samsung Galaxy s3 screen instead of the Samsung screen.
Please I need urgent help as I desperatly need my phone.
Thanks
If you've formatted the phone, then you need to re-flash the ROM.
Sent from the App that Time Forgot.
Has to be a new install format has wiped the system just recover your Nandroid backup .

Clean everything on the S5 before installing a Custom Rom?

How do I make sure that everything is deleted on the S5 before installing another Custom Rom (except baseband, boot, etc.)
I
Thing is:
I am used to do a few wipes in CWM before installing a new rom.
(a few because there was an error because "just" one wipe did not delete everything - don't ask why)
How can I go sure on the S5 or is it cleaned when an update.pkg is installed?
Only thing you must pay real attention to:
Delete / Move to internal mem all apps that are installed to external SD before flashing ROM.
Next, do a CWM factory reset, follwed by Dell factory reset.
S5 stock rom

You don't need a ROM.
You need to use StreakFlash. If you see a device on PC when Streak connected without battery holding volume up - you can restore it.

emmc brick

hey guyz i need your helpam puzzled to the core
i was running 4.0.3 in my beloved s2 and i flashed insecure kernel for rooting ma phone
This is where it all started
i flashed a ROM from xda
some rom for s2 with s4mods, and the phone didn't boot up so i restored my nandroid backup and the phone was back on
but it couldn't detect the sim card (tried many)
then i got pissed off and i went into the recovery and did a factory reset and formatted system and data and cache just to be sure
this is where i screwed UP
i formatted the emmc instead of sdcard!!!
now my phone gets suck in s2 screen and i was not able to flash anything then after googling up i did a PIT flash that cleared the way a bit
the stock rom that i tried earlier with odin was unflashable(NAND Write )
now i could flash it with odin and it is a PASS
and i rejoiced....but then again it got stuck at S2 screen!!!!
now am able to flash anything but of no use....
tried PIT!...only the particular kernel provides me with CWM rest dont....
help me out guys pls

Returning to the stock without flashing it?

Hello. I am new to the world of rooting and flashing and one learn as things go. I own SGIII III I 9300. I rooted it, installed CWM, then flashed Archidroid v3.1.3, installed TWRP instead of CWM, upgraded Archidroid to 3.1.4 without creating a backup before root. It works nice and all but I would like to get my old stock ROM back with or without root, just as it comes from a factory. The thing is I cannot find an appropriate stock ROM (I am from Slovakia and my zone is I9300XXUGNA8 - there are stock ROMs with this zone but they are not intended for my country) and anyway, it would take like 9 hours to download it without buying a premium acc. Before flashing Archidroid I made a backup in CWM, it has got several files of which 2 are ISO.
My question is, if it is possible to somehow get to the clean stock ROM? I was thinking of returning to the backup I made in CWM, but I am not sure if the backup is compatible with TWRP. After restoring the backup I would just do a system wipe (including dalvik and cache). Would it work? Sorry if this has been answered somewhere but I haven't found anything.

Please help!!!!!

I have the samsung galaxy s 7582
just wanted a new firmware but wasnt able to do the firmware update online.
the phone is rooted
I AM A NEWBEE BUT HAVE BEEN A COMPLETE FOOL TO TRY THIS!
i tried to flash a compatible custom kitkat rom but failed completely
i first intalled the CWM through odin and then tried to install the zip file i downloaded.
i donot have any backup except the efs (i read it somewhere it must be backed up to prevent loss of imei)
i have formatted the system partition, DONOT HAVE ANY BACKUP and the phone never boots.
PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!
