Request
I had downloaded the 4.0.2.A.0.62.zip file from the link you had given. It has two files recovery.tar and charger in /system/bin folder. Is it possible for you to tell the benefits of those?
Thanks,
Muthu

Installed Rom Manager from Google Play,
select Flash CWM recovery in it,
select reboot into recovery,
it said "An error occurred while attempting to run privileged command"
I'm using Ray ST18i on 2.3.4 Build 4.0.2.A.0.62 default when purchase, Did nothing yet, Want to root it using your method, by downgrading.
Tried using ADB
adb reboot recovery
it reboot the device not into recovery but in to normal mode.
So I'm unable to continue the instructions.
Can you please support me?
I'm posting here because I'm trying to follow your steps. Hope you can understand.

Download the OTA but don't install it yet. With a ROOTED DEVICE, use some root explorer and go to /cache folder inside the root folder of the phone and copy the downloaded ZIP file to your emulated SD card, then copy it to your PC, upload it to any server you like and submit the link here to have all firmwares in one site.
Note: u can use es file explorer to browse for cache folder it is in root..just copy the update zip to your memory card

Theme support is added in /data/hw_init/, so if you wiped/factory reset in TWRP that folder will be gone.
You can flash the data and Public zip for your fw to add them again (among other things).
However, your build is not available on hwmt, you should be able to flash an older builds data and Public zips and edit the 2 text files in /data/hw_init/ to match your current build.

Excellent guide posted on page three for rooting OnePlus 7T pro by ktp1976
.) Get the original boot.img
2.) Copy boot.img to your internal storage
3.) Patch boot.img on your phone with Magisk Manager. Make sure you have advanced settings "Preserve force encryption" and "Preserve AVB 2.0/dm-verity" ticked!
4.) Copy patched boot image to your PC
5.) Get adb: https://www.xda-developers.com/install-adb-windows-macos-linux/
6.) Unlock your bootloader following this guide for the OnePlus 7 Pro (only steps 1 and 2): https://www.xda-developers.com/unlock-bootloader-root-oneplus-7-pro/
7.) Follow instructions here to install Magisk. Use your own patched boot image! Do not use the ones posted there.
Keep in mind that you should turn off auto reboot after update in your system settings. You probably want to copy the downloaded ota image from your /.ota folder to another location for further use because it will be deleted after the update applied and a reboot is done. More important you will have to use Magisk Manager and choose "Install to Inactive Slot (After OTA)" before you reboot after an update was applied

I am looking for the full zip, not the incremental (ota) because you cannot extract payload on incremental, only full. That is if ask77 has the full zip or just incremental.
Also, which version are on? If you extracted the boot image from 10.0.3, please upload it, I'd like to have it.

This is a procedure that one member shared traslated to tg channel of BS2/Pro spanish
You need to have updated to last official firmware

2: Copiar el zip de JOYUI11.zip a la carpeta ota y renombrarlo a update.zip /Copy the full amount ota.zip as update.zip in ota folder
3.Marcar en el dialer *#*#1027#*#* dial this
4: Activar test server y seleccionar LOCAL UPDATE. activate test server and select Local Update
5: Reiniciar cuando lo indique.Reboot after is done
Then repeat the same procedure but renaming the Android 10 incremental to update.zip

What do you mean by it doesn't start? Please provide screenshot. If you mean:
(a) An update is detected but it doesn't start to download (i.e. stuck at "Warning" pop-up), you have to remove all lockscreen passwords, and biometrics.
(b) No update detected at all, download this package: https://mega.nz/#!R4ZXkC4A!fB1YD_T9E5TZOk-4fdclEuhRAp1v0Fhw8t17aX8tjEM and flash it manually at *#*#1027#*#* then check for system updates (there are two, first is the latest 01/20 MP7 build and the next is the stable Android 10).
Note: Android 10 OTA update is only available from 10 AM - 11:59 PM, +8 GMT for the first 20,000 requests.
