I think it's availability on Lineage also means for all the others based on it. Also this is present on RR too. Now going to flash AOKP for confirmation

The reason of doesn't work because volume steps in media doesn't normal than nougat
I mean nougat have 14 volume steps in media and some oreo rom it have 30 volume steps
I trying to decreasing volume steps in media but still doesn't work instead only volume ring which can be processed aka work

There are two files which one ?
Will post full instructions and guide.... For fixing minor bugs until check the rom i am using... Its seriously the best... with battery, with performance and ofc the UI.

Nah it's not. Woivod made only 1 viper build that to python 20170909 and you can see in SS that it's coral 20171129
