I made a backup in LG pc suite of my contact from my LGOptimus L3 E430.
Now i want to restore this backup to my new LG optimus L7II, it is impossible!
Why cant i restore my contacts? Is there a tool? The backup is a brinfo fille and tar.gz.enc fille
I hope somebody can help me to restore my contacts

Hi all, I would like to know if LG devices have the same problem with corrupted data on EFS folder/partition, and if so therefore lose the IMEI by a bad flashing getting a corrupted imei.
So, if LG devices have the same problem as Samsung ones, which apps are the best to backing up those files? Maybe using Terminal Emulator (dd if=/dev/block/......)? Also, I wanted to tried the following apps on Android, but I never have done any backup with them, until now.:
- FlashFire (this give me more confidence)
- EFS Backup
- Partitions Backup & Restore
- EFS Professional Tool (for PC)
My device: LG K10 (k420) - ROOTED with locked bootloader (if possible, I don't want to unlock it).

For backup i used some wondershare software and i get .bak file. I flashed CM14 custom rom and after i return to stock OS i want to restore my data. But wondershare restore data only if i buy full version of their software.
Does anyone know is there any other way to restore this .bak file?
Hi, I took back up of text messages from Mi 4i and copied the file with BAK extension to my PC. Now i need to restore this file in my new mobile (Moto X4)

Is it possible to backup the entire system, i.e. rooted os, apps and data, into a kdz (or similar) file?
Idea is to wipe phone before sending it back for repairs out of privacy and security reasons. Then when phone is back from repairs simply go into download mode and flash kdz file.

i lost my IMEI, when i tryed recover that, i damaged EFS partition, days later i recover my imei but now i lost the capacity for create a PIN, Pattern or Password, Settings App are crash when i try to set some Lockscreen option. i has read and i think the problem is some file lost or damage into efs partition (folder).
so if somebody can give me a EFS Folder Backup for comparation files or try to replace my folder for backup.
if you want to help me you could be relax because yo can erase imei file,i dont want this file, it doesnt worry me.
my phone is a SM-g925i

You can´t just replace the imei with another efs.img , your safest bet it´s to take it to a guy with a z3x or octopus box so he can re-wirte your original imei, i have a phone with a similar issue, imei 35000000000 (invalid) that is common on modded phones, you can try flashing the original stock firmware with odin, but it will probably not fix the issue, now, if you just want the phone to recover the pin function, flash it but it wont fix the imei issue.
