Hi,
I bought a Galaxy note 4 and made a Samsung account that is linked to this phone.
Recently, I was compelled to do a factory reset. Every time I go through the steps of opening my phone, there is a step asking for the Samsung account's email and password to see if it belongs to me.
I typed the SAME email I ever used in this phone. But always a message shows saying "processing failed". I changed the password from the website "account.samsung.com" and waited for 2 days but still have the same problem.
What can I do? If I deleted my samsung account from PC website would it stop asking for my account info on my phone?
Please help me regarding this issue.
Thanks.

Hi there
I'm looking for some help on bypassing FRP for a Samsung Galaxy A3. Reason being is the phone was reset back to factory settings but on turning it on again after inputting the Wi-fi details, I'm greeted with a Samsung account box saying something like "this was an abnormal reset please enter details". The original problem was that I forgot the Samsung account password and thought this would remove it. At the time the AOL email address was not receiving the password reset email which is why the weird reset. To actually reset the phone, I looked on YouTube and did the way via Google Account Manager.
Anyway, to fix the problem, I read on other areas about something called Odin and managed to get other stock firmwares (UK 3G v5 and 6 of Android) but none worked to bypass this reactivation lock. Obviously the easy fix would be to log into the Samsung account and I eventually did by resetting the password (came 1 day later) but when I enter the correct details, I'm greeted with a "Processing failed" message.
I looked on YouTube again and did some RealTerm stuff which nearly worked but I could not open a browser as the phone said something about "for security". Patched I assume?
So basically is there anyway to remove FRP via some method or software that is not patched? The phone has none of this rooting or anything, I could barely understand how Odin worked. It's as stock as you would get from a shop. Ideally some software where I put the phone into Download mode, connect the USB and click "Disable FRP"?
Thank you

Here's a thought. You said that it took a whole day to get the new password from Samsung. Whenever I have asked for a reset like that, the new password was only good for anywhere between 10 minutes to a few hours. If it was delayed, I had to start the process over.
Could this be the problem you're having?

Hi
Same problem, "samsung" frp and not "google frp".
I want to rescue this old phone but i found nothing for the SM-A300FU (only for earlier A5)
Kind regards
Hello guys, this is my first post so please forgive me if I'm gonna ask a dumb question.
My situation is I switched from OTA beta ROM to the MIUI 10 stable ROM after it resets my phone the first screen that pops up was "This device is locked" / "This device is associated with an existing MI Account. For security reasons, you need to enter the password to verify the device".
Heres what I did.
1. I open the wifi settings to sign in to my wifi connection
2. I click to the "Activate this device" button. Then it put me where I should put the password. Note: there's no tab or box for the username or MI Account ID.
3. I entered the password of my MI Account. Note: I save it on my computers sticky note so I'm sure I entered the right one.
After those 3 steps, the system says "Couldn't verify MI account ID. Invalid username or password.". So at first I was puzzled so tried to do it 3 times and I turned off the hide password function to make sure that im entering the right password. But after many times of trying, I still can't log in. Then I tried going to "Forget Password".
Heres what happened.
1. It asks me the email address that I used for my MI Account.
2. After I submitted it, it says that they will send an Account Verification Code to my email. Note: I did change the password for my MI Account before this incident so I'm sure that I'm using the same email address on my MI Account.
3. Then I went to my email account but I didn't receive any email after checking everything i.e "Spam and etc.".
4. I thought I did a mistake so I tried it again(Sending the verification code to my Email) but I still received nothing to the point that I've used all my attempts and I can't do it again for 24hrs.
So I tried to log in my MI Account on my desktop because I always save the passwords on the browser to check if I can log in or I cant. So when after trying it says the same thing that the password is incorrect. So I went on my browsers setting and went to "Password" and there I found the saved "Password for my MI Account". So when I turned off the hide password function it shows me that the password I entered on my phone is the same password saved on my computer's browser for my MI Account. So I tried to click the password on my computer's browser hoping that it will direct me to my mi account webpage, But after clicking it, it sends me to an empty page with this "{"result":"error","reason":"expires_in参数不能为空","code":10016,"description":"缺失必选参数"}" .
I really don't know what to do. I tried doing the hard reset option. I wiped my data and then Reboot my device. But even after doing all that it always sends to the "This device is locked".
Im really out of ideas this is my only phone so I was really a bit frustrated and stressed out for not being able to use it. So id like to ask for your guy's help. I hope you can help me with my problem. Even if not I still want to thank you all for spending time to read my post.
I'm having the same problem, did you get a solution?
And I'm having the same problem with my brand new Redmi Note 8 Pro. I think I've changed my password almost 10 times but still, the problem persists.
After setting a super easy passwrod like "J12345678" my problem solved! xiomi really sucks!
