Yes you should be able to
yes you are able to run 13.3 with no problems (apart from you not being able to install xposed from the magisk manager)

so i'm using this DotOs 7.1.2 new rom , i have installed SuperSu with it's binaries but i think i need to install magisk for some modules so , will there be any conflict ? what should i do ?

Uninstall SuperSU and install magisk.
It's the only way.

I have issue that what ever i do i dont get root from magisk and it is getting frustrating. Magisk modules work but never root. I used stable and beta miui versions of rom. Anyone having any advice?

Install magisk manager and check. If you have a questions try to Google it before posting ? no hate mate!

Done all that actualy and patched image and still no root. RN5AI i had before worked easily but Poco does not give in. Any other smart idea?

Hi everyone, did you get this problem with the last update, my phone bootloop since this update, It seems come from Magisk. I've tried Mi-Globe ROM with magisk and without and with the same result. Any suggestions/solutions ?
Flash magisk uninstall zip and Flash magisk again all will be work.

Yes it works for me. Just uninstall one time and then it will be ok.
