I just want to mention, that OpenKirin Team startet to work on Honor 9 - there will be soon a few custom ROMs like LOS, RROS & AOSPA !
The first release will be only for STF-L09 variant !
Please, if your device ( check Settings -> About phone -> Model number ) is one of those models : STF-AL00/STF-AL10/STF-AL20/STF-L14/STF-L19/STF-L39 or STF-TL10 and you want to use LineageOS on your device, send me a PM with a few info !
Please root your device, and put the following information in an archive and upload somewhere

Because most patchrom scripts are made for CM12.1 base
Please someone provide alternate link or upload the rom file on google drive as the link in the op is in chinese

Its not that Patch ROM's are made for CM12 but the fact that using patch rom requires source code and we don't have OxygenOS Source.
Porting using built OxygenOS libraries will be hard.

This is where you wanna be, if your a flashaholic lid me. Have tested all roms, same bugs as CM; however, I felt my Wi-Fi reception is weak on these rom's compared to oxygen os. Battery back is also reduced.
Try it and report.

EDIT: I finally found out how to install the zip correctly, first make sure you have the latest OFFICIAL TWRP build, then the wipe obviously (system,cache,data) and then go to mounts and unmount all partitions (uncheck all), then install the zip and reboot.

I wouldn't recommand you flashing it i read the post and most of them flashing this rom gets stuck at the mi logo when booting the phone up keep in mine that this is just the 1st version but the developers are working on it and they are comming up with a 2nd version. and btw if you want to download it you must download a chinese "cloud storage kind of software" on you pc to download it

the current project is a mere porting of the rom with lollipop sources.. we will never have working fingerprint or tristate key without patchrom that's what i wanted to say

I would love to use emui, but I need Xposed. So it seems I will be stuck in LineageOS until there will be a stable Xposed

That is news to me too!
If that Xposed will work, I will be the happiest guy in the world! That would allow me to use emui which I prefer a lot to the custom roms available so far!

I was reading in johnwoo's Xposed thread. And some people with emui and oreo had bootloops.
So I wonder what difference to the Honor View should be?

I do not understand the logics about Xposed sometimes working and sometimes not.
