Hi.
I want to root my device .. i did everything .. I write " ADB Devices " And my phone was there , I write " ADB Reboot Bootloader " everything is good until I write " Fastboot OEM unlock 2062712452147427 " he said " Waiting for Devices "
Sorry I do not speak English very well.
What does 'fastboot devices' show? If you're on windows, give your pc some time to recongise drivers or run cmd prompt with elevated priviledges.
Try another usb port.
Unplug the device and try another port, just make sure you have proper drivers installed

Hi Everyone.I have Nexus S I9023. And i can't unlock bootloader. My phone , unfortunately, he fell into bootloop . And I do not have the option to run , among other things debug mode . I tried to rescue the phone via adb update in recovery . but my phone pops up that the installation was interrupted .
When I got the phone in fastboot mode by typing it in the CMD , " fastboot devices" , the command I find my phone , and fastboot oem unlock does not want to work. I have installed the SDK , drivers also have google . What to do?
Hi everyone.
I apologize if this was already asked.
I own a Symphony H50. I am trying to install windows via change my software but it shows device too slow or protected by manufacturer.
So googled it and found that i need to unlock my boot loader.
So I installed adb, fastboot, drivers including bootloader interface driver. And booted into fastboot mode. And typed "fastboot oem get_unlock_data" and the command prompt shows 3 dots (...) And the cursor keeps flashing. And no confirmation message shows up on my phone.
It only shows "FASTBOOT mode".
Another thing i found out while installing adb drivers that it listed my phone manufacturer as HTC.
So is the problem with my phone?
And how do i fix it?
It may be a problem with driver, uninstall the previous one and install Koush universal adb driver from kaushikdatta.com
Use the link given below for a thorough tutorial to replace drivers.

Thanks for reply,
I'll try the drivers.
Though my adb drivers are working fine. My issue is with fastboot.
When i boot into fastboot mode it shows "FASTBOOT mode" on a black screen.
But i would try with the
That black screen with fastboot mode written at the bottom comes up on every phone when you boot into bootloader.
Please read the whole guide before proceeding.
You may skip the driver and adb installation part if u have already taken the measures I stated before.
Try this,
Download adb and Koush Universal adb driver and install them on ur pc, always install the driver first and don't install the drivers adb setup asks u to install.
Run command prompt as administrator.
Open the folder in c drive where adb is installed, u can use file explorer for this.
Press Shift+right click and select open command window here.
Enable USB debugging on your phone and connect it to the pc by a USB cord.
Enter command "adb devices" without quotation marks.
If it shows some device connected, only then proceed further.
Enter command " adb reboot bootloader"
Enter command " fastboot devices", if it shows some device to be connected, only then proceed further.
Enter command " fastboot oem unlock".
Ur phone may then ask for final confirmation on the phone screen, select yes.
When procedure completes, type "fastboot reboot" and ur phone will reboot.
U can now use Kingoroot or any other tool for rooting.
Does enabling OEM Unlock from developer options (Android 5.1.1) unlocks the bootloader?
If yes then can I directly flash a custom recovery after enabling OEM Unlock?

thnx for the reply augustonandro ! but i think im doing something wrong , whenever i type the command adb reboot bootloader my device(Galaxy J200G) restarts instead of rebooting to bootloader . So I just went to my stock recovery and chose option "reboot to bootloader" but still it restarted instead of rebooting to bootloader.
Am I doing something wrong?

guys i just found out this thread:https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-j2/development/dev-samsung-galaxy-j2-lte-t3258147 and it says that just enable OEM Unlock and your bootloader will be unlocked. Is it true?
No, as explained above. That just allows the bootloader to be unlocked via ADB/fastboot (unless the bootloader is locked down like many ZTE phones).
Have you tried "adb reboot-bootloader"?

Hello,

Can anyone help me please? I rooting for first time no Samsung device. I have some experience but i cannot downgrade to 5.1.1 to use Kingroot or MobileGo to root. After the root i want update back to 6.0.1 or use custom ROM.

Have you installed adb? If yes, then proceed further.
You are in the wrong folder. The correct path should be C:\adb
Then Shift+right click

Hello , this is my first time on Oneplus X , I was following this guide ,https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-x/general/discussion-how-to-root-oneplus-x-t3242830 and this guide https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/guide-onyx-how-to-unlock-bootloader-install-custom-recovery-root-take-efs-backup-more.401713/ , but I stucked at when the guide told me to type in "fastboot devices " , as the cmd turns out to be blank and nothing happened , but when I typed in "adb devices" , it does shows me my oneplus x serial number so adb devices is working , idk what is wrong right now , ticked usb debugging , and ticked oem unlock ,
https://prnt.sc/i9yktt
tried reinstall adb driver and all that . Did "adb reboot bootloader" , still nothing , went to fastboot mode , still nothing .
But , there's one thing lol , when I went to fastboot mode manually (Power+Vol up) , then plug in the phone to the pc , the driver shows triangle signs in the Device Manager which means the driver is the problem . So 1) what should I do from that? 2)Is it really the driver problem? 3)Are my phone bricked?
sorry for da bad post , idk much about posting trick .
idk what to do anymore lol , Im trying to flash it to Sultan's Rom .
Any help would be greatly appreciated , Thanks In Advance
