I purchased this device (64GB) a 6 months ago and always I had problems with capacitive buttons. I have to press them several times or restart my device for they work. Now it gets worse since I installed a tempered glass.
Some suggestion? Is it a hardware issue?

Disable Hardware keys and activate soft keys/navbar. That's what I did. Got tired of the sloppy hardware keys.

Do you know where is that option in RR rom?
Finally I forgot capacitive buttons enabling OmniSwitch instead.

it's a confirmed bug. it should happen once and never again (unless u wipe/reinstall the rom)
I got this and now the four buttons on the bottom are not working. It's like the TS sensitivity is gone.

Weird. I broke my flexible that connects the Navigation buttons and this has been happening very often. Wonder if there is a way to override that... I don't need the navigation buttons with ShakeNClear.

i think so... its not part of screen , then there should be skin if that appears there i wonder the screen .. it should be wallpaper
My guess would be the buttons are affected. you could leave that part off i guess.
i got gelaskin for about 2 months now...Yeah it sticks on the screen too, it doesn't really affect the capacitative keys though, feels like it has the same responsiveness. I swipe the keys though but still the same.
btw Gelaskins are a little overpriced and overrated in my opinion. I took it all off except for the back.

I ordered one , it will arrive in 6 days

I've been owning a Redmi 3 for 4 months now, and it recently developped a problem with the touchscreen. I get phantom touches in a straight line when I touch the screen (3-6 out of 10 times). I have posted 3 images to illustrate this problem better. The phone came with unofficial ROM installed by seller, changed it to China Stable and then to Global Stable, and I did not encounter bugs. There is also a yellow tint on the left side, near the SIM Card Tray, 2x0.2cm . DO you have any suggestions, other than changing the screen?

Today, the image of my Nexus 9 tablet suddenly was only half visible.
The backlight is still working, because on the edges I can see light.
The touchscreen works, also on the dark part.

I suppose you could try to flash a factory image but I think it may be a bad screen.

I saw a g9 power in the shop today, and it had the 3 navigation keys but most screenshots on the internet dont show as it having them so does yours? I really want it to have them as i cannot operate on swipe gestures on any phone i couldent even unlock a iphone 12 because there wasnt a home button on it.

Yes, it does. It has an option of either classic three-button navigation or gesture navigation, and I don't think Google will ever remove that option (it's still there in Android 12).
Here's a screenshot of the menu to change the navigation style, while using the 3 button navigation.
