Hi,
made for CAF or AOSP based ROMs?
It made for AOSP , especially for Stock rom.
Sent from my Nexus 4 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
Try sticking to zip format...Most users find it easy and handy :good:
There is no difference between both format for me. If I create a zip version I will include my image file. So you can use flashify or bootloader. It is easier than recovery

Looks promising, keep up your work, always good to see a new kernel here So no colour control atm?
I just focus the performance tweaks to make this kernel smoother. Also I am very pleased with stock colors. I am not a fan of contrasty looks. This very natural for me. Maybe I can add one of the color control patches in the future.
Sent from my Nexus 4 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
I'd love to see gamma control as well... Fauxsound patch or sound gain from moob or Mirage kernels would be awesome too, kernel feels good, nice job

Yeah good point, please keep it clean and simple, there are enough overloaded kernels out there
It is no big deal to fork your repo and add my favorite calibration to build on my own, again thanks the kernel runs great!

Do you mean that make automatic brightness settings to lower thresholds? or wanted to make lower brightness with manual setting?
Because If you set lowest brightness setting manually , you will see that screen darker than automatic setting.
Thanks,

your kernel is darker than normal. It's good for me. But can min brightness be more darker (on auto settings)?
(Yani en düsük ayar daha da düsük/az isikli olabilir mi?)

Finally! Thank you for your kernel.:good::highfive:
A new version is a bit postponed as UKSM is getting a phone bit laggy and battery is drains much than normal usage. Also I could not find any improvement on performance or memory operations. So I have decided to remove UKSM. I am testing a new image , performance is better now. I will upload as soon as I decide it is stable enough.
Thanks,

What's the SOT?
I found best battery is stock rom 5.9.26S from ALBA in Russia forum you can download it here:
https://cloud.mail.ru/public/3rWz/V8e4aZYBE
Or Madsurfer stock rom 5.9.26S with Sense home launcher
Nougat rom try Ground Zero roms Tipsy, Validus, Tesla normally it got pretty good battery life with good performance.

Used it last night for 2 1/2 hours sot to 50% so I'm assuming 6 hours. Just feels so much more smooth and solid than linage or RR or aosp based ROMs. Way smoother than eui.
It's miui8 port a little bit tricky to get it to boot properly the 1st time but well worth it I have Xposed installed. Freedom

I usually get 5.1/2 - 6 hours SoT on RR which is pretty decent. You just need to find the right settings for long battery life.
Small EUI could potentially outperform RR in the field of batterylife , but I just can't get used to EUI based ROMS after experiencing Nougat features.

Which version of rr? Nougat or mm?
I'm running 7.1.2 RR 27/05 build.
I changed the resolution to 1920*1080/420 dpi. It's more than enough for me, I see no point of watching 1440p content on a mobile screen.
I use Balanced Xana ATK profile (Settings->Leeco Extras->AKT profiles) and Greenify app to limit background running apps.
I turned off the logger buffer sizes (Developer settings). In Display settings turned on adaptive brightness and reduced power consumption (livedisplay). Also turned on batterysaving mode in location settings.
I would like to highlight that If I play any game (usually Mobile Legends) I get around 4 - 4 and a half SoT with approximately 1 hour gameplay.
I also tried out the newer build (02/06) but AKT profiles didn't work in that one (not noticed any differences in Kernel Adiutor), so I've decided to stay on this build for while. But I read that there are new powersaving features in the latest build, you might wanna check that out.
You can read about some kernel tweaks here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/le-pro3/development/kernel-blackscreen-pro3-aka-zl1-x727-t3594976 (2. post)

It's on Russia forum here I found rom by ALBA for Le Max 2 and Le Pro 3 (different tread): this link for Le Max 2:

You gotta click under LeEco Le Max2 at the top fourth line in blue text (EUI) and there is 5.9.26S. It's Russian language though not much I can understand.

Interactive cpu governor, alucard hotplug, and no, i didn't underlock. But if you chose a AKT profile, you don't have to necessarily mess with kernel settings, the profile does that.
Now I'm on 13/6 build, so far it's fine. A bit laggy though, I think the BS 2.3 could cause that. Not noticed any difference in battery life.

Is anyone Facing Image Retention issue on Oreo based ROMs?

As we all Know, Some Tianma Screen Panel has Image Retention Issue, but on Custom ROMs, we adjusted Color Calibration via Either Kernel tweak or inside Display Settings. But with Oreo (8.0 and 8.1) Things have changed. UI turned Whitish Material Color and Display Settings for adjusting Different stuffs too. So Anyone Of u Facing same issue with 8.0/8.1 based ROMs?? I'm on Omni right Now and till now not faced. But What About U all..
Waiting for valuable Response..
TIA..
I installed omnin 8.1 twice in my redmi note 4 and rolled back to LOS 14.1 because just after 15 minutes of usage I got image retention in omni 8.1 .
I also got the same in RR 6 (oreo).

It's an awesome rom. Very smooth. ROM gave me 2.5-3 hours of SOT (From 100%-0%) as I'm a heavy user and was watching FIFA World Cup online. For nominal use you could squeeze upto 4 hours of battery i think.
Two things i missed one the volume panel shortcut in quick settings (my volume buttons have gone bad) two the hardware key customization.
Thanks for the ROM. Keep up dev.
