Just wondering.
Not sure but HOLY HELL that's one expensive battery. The most I've seen was $50+
There is a MUCH better alternative to that one on Amazon for about 20 bucks + $4.99 shipping: http://amzn.to/xtT3Sf

Ive always had good luck with seidio and mugen batteries. little worried bout those cheaper solutions on amazon. etc.. plus i have the white note. so the white mugen would look better.. I guess i could order, and if it doesnt work, just return it, lol
I hear you about being cautions. I am the same way about the cheap eBay knock offs. But this is from an Amazon vendor (somewhat better selection criteria and overall support) and based on my experience - i've been using the Hyperion batteries for a while now - they are just as good as Mugen. I was just pointing out a few alternatives for folks that might be reading this later...
I'm assuming none of the current N7000 Extended batteries will work on the AT&T Note since N7000 Battery covers don't fit and that's what these extended battery covers are molded after.
I've heard this on numerous occasions also. I would wait to buy one made to fit "i717" - I believe the back covers are different.

Here is one account where they dont fit

ALSO, you will lose NFC capability since NFC is mounted to the back cover

Let me know how the battery is. I'm looking at the battery without the back cover..
Get it bro... i want too.. i've heard another forum a couple guys say they get a full day with it, and thats with HEAVY USAGE.
Or get juicedefender... i went from 6hrs to about a full day. turns off data when screen goes off and push data checks every 15 minutes. that will keep you happy in the meantime. im a heavy user too!
Yoobao power banks
keep your phone slim and sleek as possible and still carry plenty of juice on the go. they come in 4800mah 6600mah 11200mah and charge anything the uses a USB cable to charge

Looking into an extended battery for my 3d and wanted to get some suggestions on a battery/door replacement and a protective case. I have a otterbox defender (?) and the plastic snaps are starting to come apart, and it failed to protect my phone form a fall off a counter top on NYE :\ so I'm happy to find a replacement. I saw there's a 4000mah battery from Seidio, but I'm still looking for a case that'll fit it.
What do you guys use?
There's an accessories subforum for this question. And I'm almost positive there are multiple threads that have already talked about this.
I have the same problem!
Yeah there was a huge discussion in the accessories section about this. But to answer your question, with my personal opinion, extended batteries are not the way to go. They are make your phone weigh more and make it look odd. Not to mention in some circumstances they will produce a lot more heat which is never a good thing. I use an Anker 1900. It is the same size as stock and I get about 2-3 days with moderate to heavy use.
Once i put ICS on my phone, i've noticed my battery life has started to last a lot longer. By the time im done work (7am - 4pm) my battery use to be at dead-15%. now its anywhere between 40-65%. And this is playing games and watching youtube during lunch
Hey Everyone,
I really want wireless charging but don't want the extra bulk that comes with the Samsung wireless charging kit. Can anybody recommend a good aftermarket wireless charging kit. Want to keep my S4 slim.

Yes like the palm pre charging mod. But I have seen around these kits that you can buy that are kinda in the same realm of the palm pre charging mod.. But am scared to get them due to well them turning out to be crap.. was hoping someone has some good experience with any of them and can recommend one.

I can't attest to it being the "best" or anything but I have this one:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Arrival-QI-Standard-Wireless-Charger-Receiver-Pad-For-SAMSUNG-GALAXY-S4-SIV-/380648252656?pt=US_Cell_Phone_PDA_Chargers&hash=item58a06764f0
With it i use a nokia DT-900 base and so far it's been good. Maybe a bit more heat than a wall charger but nothing that has seemed alarming. It does add quite a large bump on the back of the phone but I like it as it lets out the speaker sound on a flat surface with a case on. I'm happy so far.
I found it through this thread:

There is some decent wireless charging discussion there and some links to follow for more

So it works decently through a case?
I know amazon has a few qi compatible pads that's go on the inside of the battery back and a couple come with the charging pads included but haven't bothered to order them cuz they being shipped from Hong Kong... What's the point of having amazon prime if I just go ordering things and having to wait a month for them to get here haha

I use a small TPU case so I can only attest to it working with that. Although I'm currently using it with a little double sided sticky pad between the two which adds bulk so I would wager that it'll work with just about anything besides a huge tank of a case.
Edit for clarity: The sticky pad is outside the case between the charger and case so there is a considerable amount of thickness added

I have been looking around for an extended battery case for the 6400 mAh Hyperion battery.
Has anyone found one that fits this note 3 with this extended battery?
pretty sure there aren't any at the moment. if there are, Hyperion would be the place to get them. if you wouldn't mind, could you post a pic of what the note 3 looks like with the battery? i'm thinking about getting one

I will when I get it. I haven't ordered one yet because I didn't know if there was a protective case for it

Keep in mind that with the Note 3 NFC is actually built into the battery itself. So you will lose NFC if you use a non Samsung battery.
i ordered one. should be here in a couple days. i'll post some pictures as soon as I get it in! and I don't really use NFC much. the extended battery will be used when i leave down for a weekend or something like that. in any case, i'll post pics, and hopefully we'll see a case soon
This battery does support NFC
Hey guys rather than ordering a Hyperion or Mugen battery for your Note 3, which they advertise at 6400 mAh and they end up being close to 3500 mAh. Why dont you guys order a ZeroLemon battery? The Hyperion is about $65+, Mugen is close to $85+ and the ZeroLemon is around the $40 mark PLUS its 10,000 mAh and they GUARANTEE the capacity of the battery with a 180 days warranty. Cant go wrong. I got one for my Note 2 and was not disappointed what so ever! The Note 3 with my heavy usage gives me about a day of use so i don't think I'm going to invest in any extended battery.
that big of a battery just seems like it would make the phone too bulky for me. I wonder what it would make the phone look like? The Hyperion battery is $35 and others said its good.

Pretty sure the ZeroLemon battery for the Note 3 isn't out yet. Been keeping an eye out on Amazon for it. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
No its not out yet. Should be this month.
If you want to see how it looks, here you go. It comes included in the Korean Galaxy Note 3 models.

There are some variants. Mine came with a 5 pin micro USB port, but the ones sold worldwide will likely have USB 3.0 port. I wonder if that extra hole for USB 3.0 is wired. The power adapter I think isn't any different than the Note 2's power adapter.
Sick commercial. . Kinda wanna trade for the BLACK Note 3 now lol
There is also this link:

click on "& more"
You can see the charger and other accessories such as the wireless charging stuff and desktop dock...which is probably an updated smart dock with USB 3.0 pins.
I saw this

I placed an order for the Hyperion 6400mAh cell. I can't find and good written or video reviews. Will anyone link me to some?
What is the general consensus on Hyperion cells?
One last thing. I ALSO ordered the Hyperion TPU case that fits with the extended battery. I can't find a picture of what it looks like for the Note 3.
Bump.
You can go and look at pics on amazon.com some reviews might be there as well.
I also recall reading some reviews here, so doa search.
