I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (Kenzo) who currently run under LineageOS but I would like to try Aopk

Because I'm really disappointed about lineageOS, The bug submission is really to strict and therefore BUG's are not corrected. see:

I use ZCX-TWRP recovery to install my lineageOS Rom.
So If I will download aokp_kenzo_mm_nightly_2017-08-25_ota.zip and install it trough TWRP. will it be ok ?
Did I need to install something else ?
and most important did the install of Aopk block the bootloader ? (like MIUI ?)
Don't flash this ROM ,it has all the bugs of cm 13

I'm about to buy Redmi Note 3 Pro for my wife.
I'm Samsung user and I know alot about flashing Samsung but with Xiaomi I'm newbie.
I would like to put stock Android on it so CM13 seems the best to me.
Can someone provide me with links with instructions what to do to flash CM13 or maybe some other more stable rom. I need step by step instructions for starting from stock device with Miui, unlocking bootloader, flashing recovery, etc.

It's simple: unlock bootloader, install Alka twrp, backup your EFS, flash cm13, reboot.
But flashing cm13 may not be the best idea with new Kenzo device, as fingerprint scanner may not be working (Radio.zio may solve this problem).
Now all you have to do is read about those steps.

Is the FP only issue with CM13 or are there any other issues? Maybe recommendation for some other more stable rom. It is not for me so it must be stable like stock.

Mainly the firmware is to be flashed before rom installation. The other two are rom fixes and they should be flashed after the rom. Also you can flash the files along with the rom installation, but it's no problem to dirty flash them.

Whats your obsession with official LOS.?
The official LOS has minimum features compared to other roms like RR, cardinal, Aex etc. and other unofficial roms.
The official tag will not make your device any faster.

Can u guys suggest me a rom please, the priorities are :
1. Performance is the topmost priority.
2. No major bugs

I'm suggest ROM thats based on 4.9 kernel for example latest AIM System. It's very stable even with a lot of Magisk modules and EdXposed apps. Latest version that I'm using is 4.1 (Android 10).
