Hi, I had the Mate 8 adjourned to the version NXT-L29C432B581 but after having made some country house trying to install some ROM I have made the roolback following the guide of the assistance Huawei and I have brought him to the version original NXT-L29C432B192 with decontrolled bootloder.
I have tried to look for the updating through OTA but nothing doesn't find me.
Could someone point out me the footsteps to follow (in Italian) for B581 to install the updating and to get the root?
Thanks.

Sorry but this isn't a good translation,
I tried to re-do the translation to understand it myself the ~~ says what i don't understand but i'll give it a try:
1. Since you have Kernel build 6 you "Can" root your tablet,
2. And there is a guide how you can do this,
3. You must have a working ADB
- If you don't understand this you must first learn more about this you need google drivers for the STS and you need the Android SDK tools etc.
first make this all work and make your device compitable with your pc,
then try the rooting steps.
will have some link or tutorial?, my pc if you recognize my tablet because the roots had with honeycomb and honey When I upgrade to official ICS lost the root

So if i''m right you lost root after updating from a rooted 3.2.1r2 and flashed a non pre-rooted version of ICS,
Then i have to tell you that you won't be able to gain root anymore,
you had to Preroot the Signed update zip ~after downloading the UK ICS update~ and then flash it,
now yoú have a kernel above 8 is it?, but like you said you have build 6 so you still can root your tab,
alright its simple just try the AiO tool from Condi

Hello community,
I and a few other german people have problems after Rooting the Vodafone SmartTab 4.
At first I would explain what i have done.
1.) Rooting the device with Framaroot -> all working good
2.) Want to flash the official 4.4.2 Update -> Warning that my device is rooted, but it is still downloaded
3.) Installing the Update -> getting this Error at automatic and manuel: Look at the Attachment please
4.) Unroot the Tablet with Framaroot -> didn´t function... Updater says the Tab is rootet... same if I trying it with the Unrootoption in SuperSU
I have the Original Recoverie on the Device and only the rooted Vodafone (yes i rooted it again... the unroot function correct, tested it with the Root Checker App).
Does anyone know a Custom Recoverie and a CustomROM for this Device? Or have anyone a Idea how i can put the 4.4.2 Update on this Device?
Thanks for all your help!
Sincerly Althalus
PS: If someone need the Update.zip from Vodafone... (<500MB) i can Post the Link in a PN.
PS2: From a other German i get the information that this Device should be a "Alcatel OneTouch Pop 8", Model: P323X, if this helps.

Well, I would say sometimes some problems start to appear after rooting your device because of apps, look what previously going on over your device is its imposed by the limits of vendors and now all those apps are free to use in any manner the apps like. So, I would consider it as a demerit of rooting the device.

Okay... then it is as i thought. :crying:
Maybe i could get the original ROM. If this works... it would be great. Damn branded Devices... I would never buy such of them in the future.
Thanks for your reply promo87.

Well, yes you can get the original ROM try heading over to the sammobile/firmware section and putting your device appropriate information you can get the stock ROM available for your device. Then you can take the help of ODIN to flash that stock ROM over to your device.
i have the same problem
We are working to get the "original" 4.2.2 Rom. If can make it work on this *** Tab i would send you Link via PN MrLiakos. I cant post links at this time.
Sent from my Vodafone Smart Tab 4 using XDA Free mobile app

hi guys , can you sent me a link for stock rom vodafone smart tab 4 please
Can you please send me the link for the 4.4.2 update. Thank you
I made the mistake of rooting my ls675 before backing up, only to find that there was no firmware available to download to unroot.
Is there a need for this stock firmware? If yes, what part in particular or would it be all of it?
If so, also a guide to extract it would be appreciated, but I can probably search and find out either way.
Hi,
I bought 2 smartphones Motorola E2 (XT1524) for my childrens.
After first use, I accept update to Marshmallow.
Now, I read all the thread of this forum but I don't understand how install new ROM (Cyanogen 13 or 14).
I think I must first install TWRP, then flash other ROM.
But, how install TWRP if the phone are now under stock Marshmallow ?
Thank you very much for your help (I'm grand father and not young geek ).
And sorry for my bad english...

No problem. I understand your English and I will try and keep this simple and to the point to assist you. Here is a link for @squid2's TWRP recovery. This is the recommended recovery for our Surnias.
You will not need to downgrade to the best of my knowledge. But you will need an unlocked bootloader.
Here is the link to @squid2's TWRP recoveries.

If your bootloader is not unlocked, let me know. I will send you a link for a guide on doing that.
Edit: Here is a link for a very simple and efficient tool for, among other things, unlocking your bootloader.

Many thanks MotoJunkie, I really appreciate your help.
No, the bootloader is not unlocked. Is this always possible to unlock it after update to Marshmallow ?

Yes my friend, to the best of my knowledge, unlocking your bootloader is the same no matter which Android version you have. You should have no problems.
Once you unlock your bootloader and flash TWRP, then I can further assist you on actually rooting your Marshmallow build.
Thanks again ! (also for the link for unlock).
I look this after work and I try it this week-end.
And I come back for say if it's OK

i need a way to root my device lenovo TB3-710I MT8321
you can always use magisk systemless root.. But first, please backup your firmware.. Because if you mess up your firmware, there are no firmware in the internet. Only the mt6850 version one that is available to download. You can learn how to backup firmware from google or youtube. Let me know if you back it up already or not.
Hello. I had screwed up updating to MT6850 ROM not realizing the the downloaded firmware is TB3-710I. Any chance anyone have the MT8321 Firmware for TB3-710L? Thank you.
