You need to clean flash to latest 7.6.8 MIUI developer China version first,and finish the first boot.
Flash a custom TWRP recovery,then flash the rom.
After flashing ,go to advanced - disable DM verity.
Then enjoy latest MIUI 9!

This is a Closed Beta ROM which is being leaked without authorization. Under the circumstances, they obviously don't have any changelog which they share with you.
