android download manager problem with play store - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

hello every one
i have lg g3 ds with crdroid 7.1.2 latest version and latest version of gapp. When I attempt to install any app from Google Play Store, a progress bar appears saying "Downloading..." and the numerical progress indicator 'x/y Kb done' and suddenly the download progress disappeared and after few seconds, minutes, start downloading and download few KB, MB, and the download progress disappeared again and continue ****ing until the download completed ,this is not the first time I faced this problem ,I faced in all roms i used before (cm 10-11-12-13-14)(aosp rom)(rr rom) (lineage rom) in many devices (galaxy s3,s5,s7 edge,note2,note3)
(Huawei g7,g8x,mate8.honor 5x) , take a look at attachments photos
my question is how to fix this problem, and why Google doesn't update the download manager, dont tell me to check my internet connection and firewall, every thing works fine with stock firmware and other download managers and other apps stores like (apkpure,1 mobile market, mobo market, Amazon store).

Google Play downloads stop at 100% and won't install

I have a ZTE V889S (aka ZTE Blade C, ZTE V807) with android 4.1.2. When I download any application/game off the Play Store, it will download up to 100%, yet not install. If I exit google play, wipe the process, and start it again, then it will install the application that it already downloaded. when applications update, I have to restart google play multiple times to update everything, which becomes a nuisance. Does anyone have any ideas as to what is causing this and how I can fix it?
More Details:
I had the problem even on the original android 4.1.2 rom (with the default/not updated play store app), and I currently have Lewa OS (A chinese custom rom), which still has the problem. There is enough space in every possible install location (I've tried setting it to the SD card and the internal storage). The alternative chinese app market has no problem installing applications right after downloading them.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

[Q] Google Play messes up Time and Date and can't install apps after update

I own an Ainol Novo 7 Venus Lite with a stock ROM (build 130328 Android 4.1.1). After reflashing the stock ROM with PAD Product Tools 1.05.02, it all worked well until I started installing apps.
The stock version of the Play Store installed apps without a hitch but as soon as it updates to the new version, the Time and Date no longer syncs right (the time on the Notification Panel, Lock screen, and widget are all out of whack) and apps stop at a certain percentage or stops at Installing...
I've tried deleting the data and cache of the Play Store and Play Services app, uninstalling Play Store updates, resetting my device (it puts me back to the "stock it works then after the update it fails" cycle), and removing and logging back in to my Google account. None of the process worked.

Google Play wont download and Media Storage keeps crashing

I use SKK Phoenix+ Tablet.
OS : Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean
First of all i downloaded KingRoot Super User, so i root my phone. I used it to remove these system applications that i can't disable and uninstall. The virus installed several Download Manager system app to download some viruses and ads on my phone (which got me on a rampage). I had to remove all of the fake ones until i accidentally removed the original Download Manager that my phone used to download from Google Play and other sources. I downloaded a Download Manager from the internet (same OS and version as the old one) and i tried to test it out by Downloading a random game on Google Play. After several minutes, a pop-up says "android.process.media has stopped" and then Error (942) will pop-out at my Google Play. I can't post a screenshot of it because Media Storage wont work and it wont let me take pictures, download, screenshot or even view Gallery. Does anyone know how to fix this? or maybe provide me a firmware of my tablet? It would be helpful and a big thank to you all
I'm sorry, it's my first time fixing and root this tablet.
Clear ur google play data. This might work or not. And u shouldnt have deleted those stock apps.

[Help/Advice] HDX 7 - play store vanished and can't get it back. Also should I upgrd?

Hi,
despite I modded some Android Devices (phones, ouya) I still feel I don't know much.
I got my HDX 7" when Amazon offered them for 100 bucks 1,5 years back. I found 3 guides to get another Rom and think none were 100% correct/actual (HDX exposed didn't do anything for me) but with the mixture of the information I could get and alternate ROM and play store luckily not bricking it.
Now if my play store version got an updated I could not go into play store anymore and just got a wide screen. If I deactivated play store in settings/apps it said it wenn back to the original version. Now I could use play store again and install apps. But some apps like YouTube would start running until I get the uptodate version of play store. So most time I ran those apps with the newer play store version and only when I need to get a new app from the store and deactivated/downgraded it in the settings/apps. This went on for over an year.
Now it seems the play store is gone completely as it's not longer listed.
I found two gapps files (is the play store included in gapps? gapps-jb-4.2.2-signed.zip, gapps-jb-20130812-signed.zip) for 4.2.2 and copied them to the device via an FTP server and than install the zip via safestrap. On the first boot it asked me for my name and 2 or 3 other values. But there's still no play store. The other file didn't produce better results. I even saw that I still have a file called hdx-nexus-gapps-v1.2.zip. But this also didn't work.
Next file I found is Amazon-Fire-5th-Gen-Install-Play-Store.zip which is extracted on Windows and has it's own ADB. But this didn't help either.
When I start my hdx I now also get something like "Kindle gets updated ... pls wait" and it stays for >30s. I think I didn't see this before.
So any idea what I do wrong?
Should I get a new CM ROM? What would be the best way to install it.
So I thing it's a modified Nexus Rom. There a glowing neon X during boot up. I also have SafeStrap. Build Number is JDQ39; Kernel 3.4.0. Modelnumber KFTHWI. Android Version 4.2.2.
