My HTC one m7 won't show sim cards after upgrading to cynamogen lollipop Android 5.1.1 and I've tried everything I could find on Google with no solution. I also tried resurrection ROM but same result Heard I need to flash some kinda radio baseband in twrp but don't know where to get the file. Please anyone who can help. My phone had been looking at me since. Thanks
I face same problem before, u just need to focus, and be cool, u can fix it so simple,
First u need to verify which version of m7 u are using, and find the exact radio file for ur version and flash it via Recovery, It's very important u know the type of ur m7 coz flashing radio that is not for ur variant won't work. If u are using m7_wls tell me i can upload the radio files for u.

Make sure you have the correct radio installed. Flash the radio recommended with the ROM.
so which radio and rom version should I install to make it work?

The 2.09.405 ROM should have radio 1.65.28.25 with it. If it failed to install, then you'll need a radio higher then 1.64 for it to work, ie any 1.65 or higher will do.
Brother.....
it seemed to work.....
I am so happy.....
When i flash this rom i get stuckj on welcome screen on boot. what am i doing wrong. the radio version doesnt show at the bottom tried hard rest but no luck. I can reflash a different rom and they all work. LOL heard mighty rom was sick but its not working anyone know away around this or encountered the problem before.

You propably bricked ur phone. Why, because you did not read enough. U used a CDMA Rom on a GSM device.
Go to the O2 Homepage and get the latest rom for ur device and try flashing this.
IF your phone is working again, read

through these threads for Customized GSM ROMs.
If not, your busted. BRICK

Did you flash the KDDI Radio after you flashed your rom in recovery? If you haven't, you must do that in order to get GSM radio functionality... After you have done that, dial *#*#4636#*#* and select Phone Information and switch CDMA to GSM (Auto PRL).

Still best to flash the KDDI radio and turn on GSM using the method I told you. Try dialing *#*#4636#*#* and selecting "Phone Information" and switching it to GSM auto (PRL).

If you already flashed paranoid and gapps, try switching to gsm auto (prl) first to see if you get reception since you are outside the usa already. Also... You might have to do build.prop changes, but try that first.

Well i already did that , and was trying the code thing before , switching to gsm auto (PRL) , and reboot nothing...tried to change the build.prop line ro.telephony.default_network=7 to ro.telephony.default_network=0 and saving it , and no gsm still :/ , so probably im gonna be trying the KDDI radio flash to see what I can get ...
if i do a nandroid backup , then do the whole process and it works..and i wanna get back to the old radio and stuff , i just have to restore my backup and im good to go , am i right ?

Yes, or do an SBF back to 2.3.4... Not 2.3.5 base though, cause if you do the 2.3.5 soak sbf, your screwed out of the unlocked bootloader.

Hahaha trust me , 2.3.5 does not exist for me , alot of people stuck in locked bootloader , poor them :crying:
the only thing about the KDDI radio is that enables GSM/UMTS and breaks CDMA while you on it ?

I don't think it does, because I don't use CDMA. I am on GSM Straight Talk myself. I think it just enables it, but if it does break it... You can easily reserve it with the sbf to 2.3.4. I am glad I knew what I was doing when I got this phone... I usually take the the ota updates but im glad i found out before I did. AHHHH the joys of an unlocked bootloader. haha

Ahh alright , yeah CDMA is no biggie for me either , but flashing to sbf to stock and then doing the process of root , unlock all over again naaa lol
Do USSD Code work well with this radio ? or the problem is just related to bootloader
are you using a cdma rom with the radio flash ?

I do believe so it does but I am not too entirely sure what USSC or USSD code are to be honest. All I know is it worked for my GSM Sim Card and I am happy. I am actually using a pre-edited GSM rom like CM10 right now. But I am going to peetr_'s rom soon.

hi, i have the htc one s tmobile version, after following the instructions in installing the LIBERTY ROM 4.3 HTC SENSE 5.5, i noticed whenever i switched to wcdma only my signals turned off but work perfectly on gsm. pls what am i not doing right and also have attached my installation log of the rom
Because it's a rom for the international version of the phone and seems to be picky with which radio versions it works best with.
Dude pls help me out, what do i do now
What radio version do you have installed?
You'll either have to find another radio that works better with the rom, or a better suited rom for your radio.
the current radio installed on it is 1.35a.32.45.27_10.144.32.34aL and i haven't try any other radio since i don't know what to do

Hmm says in the thread it should work. I'd just switch up roms to something with a T-Mobile base to test.
so what could be causing mine not to work?

Hi everyone i have a HTC m8 0p6b120 with WiFi problem, I can't turn on WiFi and Bluetooth
I buy that with that problem the seller say it's was firmware problem but I don't know.
I just s-off yesterday but I don't know what way can I follow for solve this problem can anyone help me please?
Broken WiFI (grayed out) is a common symptom of firmware that is mismatched from the ROM. Either a stock ROM or custom ROM was flashed to the device that does not match the firmware (Hboot, radio, and other modules like media, WiFi, etc.).
This also means the phone was almost certainly modded by the previous user. So hopefully they described it as such when it was sold to you. Otherwise it was dishonest and fraudulent (or at least negligent).
What hboot number show in bootloader, and what software number is shown in Settings?
Hboot 3.19
1.58.502.1

Former user didn't know what they were doing and flashed a really old stock ROM that does not correspond to the firmware. 1.58 ROM goes with hboot 3.16.
What is the radio baseband number (also in Settings)?
Do you have a preference on what Android build you want to be on? Or whether stock or custom ROM?
Baseband versión
[email protected]_40.34.C35006.02_F
I wanna have lollipop firmware but I want to repair the WiFi first

Looks like you are on 4.4.4 firmware.
No need to "repair the WiFi" if you are just going to flash Lollipop firmware and a Lollipop ROM. Once you have matching firmware and ROM, WiFi will work again.
To confirm, you will be using this phone on AT&T's network?
In on 4.4.2 can u gimme links of lollipop and firmware for mid 0p6b120 My phone is unlocked in using that for other network

For future reference, when asking for help please supply as much detail as possible. Being vague is not allow us to help you very easily.

Your OS (otherwise known as ROM, software, or "main version") is 4.4.2.
Your hboot and radio number indicate 4.4.4 firmware (firmware contains hboot, radio, WiFi, media modules, and others) and not to be confused with the OS/ROM.
Its the mismatch of 4.4.4 firmware and 4.4.2. ROM that is causing your WiFi issue.
I'm using that in Colombia in Togo network Ok thanks what firmware can I use I wanna lollipop can u gimme link ? Can I convert it on another mid and update it to 5.0.1?

Various ways you can do this. But my suggestion would be to change to US Developers's Edition CID (or SuperCID) than run the 3.28 Developers's Edition RUU. No need to change MID, as US Dev Ed the same MID as the AT&T version.
This will put you on a stock 5.0 ROM, with no AT&T bloatware, AT&T specific features, or disabled features. It will also mean you are "fully converted" to the Dev Edition, and will even get future Dev Edition OTA updates.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one-m8/development/ruu-m8-developer-edition-sense-1-54-t2884777
Then my solution is run that Ruu
http://dl3.htc.com/application/RUU_..._2G_20.63.4196.01_release_394319_signed_2.exe
And my problem will solve?
Do I need convert to sense first?
Thanks for all

Yes, that is what you want. Change to SuperCID, and run the RUU, and it will be on stock Lollipop ROM with Lollipop firmware.
No need to convert to Sense if you are already on Sense. Converting to Sense is only needed if you did a full conversion to GPE.

Its not clear if you have tried to do what I've suggested (repeatedly now). And if so, did some step fail, or was it successful in updating you to Dev Edition Lollipop?

All I can think, is to try the AT&T 4.4.4 RUU, or even an older AT&T RUU (4.4.3 or 4.4.2).
If you are still getting random reboots, than I don't think there is much else you can do. RUU will usually solve any software issue, as its a complete factory software image.
I've been having the same issue with the Wi-Fi being greyed out. I think it's my fault, though. I got my One M8 yesterday and wanted to update to Lollipop. I might've done something wrong, and now I cannot use Wi-Fi.
Anyways, my HBOOT is 3.16.0.0000 and my RADIO is 1.16.21331831.A16G.
Should I follow the same steps mentioned above or...? I'm really new to this and I shouldn't have tried it out without researching first.
EDIT: I forgot to mention that I'm S-ON. Don't know if that helps.
