I ported a twrp recovery for my mtk 6735 tablet (7 inch) and the screen is in landscape but the touch is portrate, how to fix this issue?

Here is a ui, landscape.xml, and splash from a tablet. Maybe these will help. You will need to change your resolutions and profile in the UI.xml to landscape instead of poitrait like these.

Thanks, but it doesnt work for me, I changed the resolution on ui.xml you send to me but it doesnt fit then I copied all files you send and paste to my twrps folder and it also doesnt fit.
My touch is portrate so I want to portrate the ui ,
My rom's orientation is 270

So it is currently landscape and you want to change it to poitrait? How about sharing your files, ui.xml, poitrait.xml, splash?

I have no stock rom anymore, so I could not confirm if it works. At least it sounds plausible.

Maybe if look in framework res folder and find the background image, you can replace it with your own (remember to keep the same file name and resolution). Sounds kinda difficult though.

just for the sake of information.
Take your MTCRadio4.apk and change name to MTCRadio4.apk.bak
copy the apk in the OP to the same folder and change permissions to 0644.
Reboot.
You are good to go.

In stock and customs roms based on 5.0.2 the bootanimation are in same folder, but in another format, bootanimation.qmg, shutdown.qmg and loop, you can delete this and replace with other with same resolution, in my roms are changed it, the resolution is 450x800, you can convert .zip with .qmg format, in youtube are a lot of tutorials for this, if you can see any problem post here and i help you
Its cyanogenmod 13 and with bootanimation Form romtoolbox the bootanimations are in a ZIP Format ...all these animations work very good
But not my own the resulutions is 800x1280 every picture and also i tap these in the desc.txt

Not that I have soon. Don't think it's possible
Bad news.... In rooted devices with terminal ( and root ) is it possible but TWRP terminal is not equal with android terminal.

hey guys here is a mod for the splash screen at boot. this mod replaces Att logo with stock looking zte logo. im hoping that if xda sees even more development they might give us a section. flash the attached zip in TWRP and say good bye to the ATT logo. go to gdrive link below to see how it looks.

because I was trying myself and bricked the tablet, luckily recover the tablet with jasminetool

i have modified the axon 7 tool myself and it works. i need to speak with dev to release.
for now you can follow this guide but replace bin/ZTE_Axon_7_Header.img with provided and use 800x1280 for image size

in the attatchment are 3 flashable zips one portrait and 2 landscape (edit: 180 is mirored wrong will fix when I get home tomorow. Normal landscape mod looks right i just put the wrong 180 preview in this post)

Honnestly i used a hex editor to examine the original header. Then used the hex editor to extract my header. From the file.

Hi guys,
I've made a custom splash screen white background, blue logo, and at the bottom "powered by lineage" but at the same time I've skip read the "use this file" and I bricked my tablet. Black screen DFU mode. I've menage to get it in EDL and used jasmin tool to flash back the boot noverify and twrp. But it doesn't seem to change a thing, the same black screen.
Can someone help me with this?
I will post the 800 x 1280 image I've made tonight.
