hello i have htc one max verizon .... iam trying to turn on hotspot but it requird verizon sim only .. is there a way to turn it on without the verizon sim ? ... iam still on android 4 .. is there a way to update to lolipop ? thx

HTC One Max Verizon bootloader issues on KitKat.
Please share your methods with us. I also have an HTC One Max Verizon and Android KitKat 4.4 installed. Can't unlock its bootloader and it won't upgrade to Android Lollipop.
Any ideas please?
i think i had to buy some service named sunset or sunrise to unlock the bootloader no free service to do so

you can't install OTA With custom recovery

or download and run this if you are s-on you need to lock your bootloader if s-off dont relock

I have an att htc one m8 that I rooted and flashed the 5.0.1 lollipop rom and I got a unlock code from theunlockingservice.com and when Ienter the code I recieved it says that it was unsucessful. If anyone would be able to help me would be great.

Hello, I have HTC ONE M8 AT&T but my carrier isn't AT&T ,so previously i was on 4.4.2 than 4.4.4 released and i downloaded RUU from HTC official site and updated my phone without phone , just now i contacted HTC suppor to ask when Lollipop update will be released for AT&T , so he said i can install Lollipop update for unlocked versions which is released and i won't have any problem ? Please anybody help me will it really work ? Phone is RELOCKED

If your phone's CID is for at&t and you're s-on there's nothing you can do. Your options would be to pay for sunchine s-off and flash de lp firmware and one of the LP roms around. Once you're s-off you can either change CID to some other carriers with LP or unlocked and get that update. Or you can do what I did to get LP. Once you're on 4.4.4 get a custom recovery and flash viper Rom. It's LP and works perfectly.

Moved here as this does not belong in the Development Section, read the Forum Rules on posting....
I highly doubt it was told to you that you could install the developer ruu on an ATT device,wont work as cid is not same. Best option is if soff change cid to BS_US001 and then you can flash the developer build and not have to wait on ATT builds.

hey guys I got a question. I have a Verizon HTC One m7 with an AT&T go phone sim put in it I've unlocked the bootloader I have rooted it and I have installed twrp. so my question is can I flash roms for HTC one m7 for at&t ????
