Bricked locked phone, can only boot in fastboot mode - Xiaomi Redmi 3 Questions & Answers

'sup guys
I have a bricked phone where I can only access fastboot mode and manage to get adb commands through by intermittence.
Code:
C:\adb> fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.1.1-0-ido.img
target reported max download size of 268435456 bytes
sending 'recovery' (14744 KB)...
OKAY [ 0.466s]
writing 'recovery'...
FAILED (remote: device is locked. Cannot flash images)
finished. total time: 0.474s
and
Code:
C:\adb>adb push lineage-15.0-20170904-UNOFFICIAL-ido.zip /sdcard/
error: device unauthorized. Please check the confirmation dialog on your device.
I tried flashing an official ROM with MiFlash but it doesn't work because the phone is locked. Mi Unlock isn't any help either given I can't boot the phone.

[Q] Folio 100 error 0x30003 Fastboot

Hello!
Yesterday I tried to install honeycomb on FOLIO 100, used to flash FastBoot system.img, recovery.img. In "fastboot flash boot boot.img", I get this error: COMMAND FAILED TO ERASE PROCESS: BOOT ERROR (0X30003). I tried using "fastboot erase boot" and will not let me delete it or flash it, the same code error. Now, when I start my folio 100 ...Toshiba logo appears, but does not load anything. Can you help? Thank you very much!
