I want to try a full aosp rom, but all of them have many customizations.
Is there any aosp rom out there?
Also, do you remember if aosp-like 4.4.4 roms were stable enough in our devices? I might give it a try and build one 4.4.4 if it was stable enough with everything working

There is no rom without EMUI. Maybe you can develop with this determination?
@Redasa hello there is not any CM13 based ROM for Honor 7 avaliable as of now, but this is as close to stock Android experience you can get on Honor 7.

You should have posted this in Q&A section. Most of the custom roms are stable these days and it boils down to your invidual preference.
Battery Friendly roms with bare minimum customization : NOS, LOS, PE
Moderate customization with rock solid battery and stability : AOSiP
Heavy Customization with Average to Good battery life : Havoc , RR, AEX

Digital Wellbeing is a Part of Gapps. So you need OpenGapps Nano and up.

The best rom is the rom that best suits a specific user's needs.
It's not a competition so please don't disrespect the rom developers by trying to make it one!
I haven't found one yet. They all have issues.
Here we go again...Best ROM is whichever one you decide it to be, everybody has their preferences, not to mention most of these ROMs are pretty similar between each other... The most popular ones are currently Pixel Experience and LinageOS, but they aren't "the best" by far, imo.

Hi guys,
I decided to start using my old tablet again, however its on 4.4.4 and apps such as Viber keep crashing all the time.
I wanted to upgrade to a stock rom to fix app compatibility issues.
I tried Lineage OS (unofficial) but I found that the speaker volume was quite low and it had trouble detecting my headset microphone.
So I was wondering what rom do you use on your device?? I don't mind it not being on Android 7.0, I just want it to be stable so that I could use it as a daily driver.. I'm currently looking at VanirAOSP(5.1.1)..
Please tell me what ROM you use or any stable rom in your device.

I had Resurrection Remix installed, but I no longer have this device. It was working fine, but with nowadays apps there was some lag.

What premiostr have that miui.eu dont have ?
If u r looking for best battery backup and no ****ty mods go for lineage 17.1 by Pigs it is rock solid rom right now although it is unofficial but way better than any official rom anyway best rom totally depends on ur preferences so no rom is best.
Ressurection Remix is the best ROM ever for me, Lineage OS is close second.
I am now using miRoom ... decent but i will change soon
I enjoy MSM Xtended.
Miui based: Hellas Rom or Miuimix
AOSP: LOS or AICP

Shapeshift is a really nice ROM out there, has fully working FOD like MiUI and the battery is at its best and the customisation provided are good enough, with the oneplus launcher that i prefer, stability is very good in this rom no issue faced till now??
So for battery life do you recommend Lineage OS?

Havoc. Very robust features and has no bugs. Battery drain is a little high, but I can live with that. Fingerprint reader is the best I've used.
