There is different ways to root xperia z2. Your build number important is here. Unfortunately i must say google it "how to root z2 ..... build number" because there is no "best-easy" way. You need to learn some terms before rooting. That thread is one of them that can help you, https://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z2/general/tool-rooting-23-5-1-291-supersu-t3437280

If you can't understand what's written on here, have a look on youtube and you'll find some video guides to follow. It should make things easier for you.

i have try to watch at you tube before, but i can't do oso =.=
I'm guessing that rooting isn't your best option then to be honest. But if you are determined to root your device, then your best option is to wait until you are better able to understand what the guides say.
That's the best I can for you, unfortunately.

There is two other ways to rood your phone
1- unlock the bootloader then flash a custom kernel which has a built-in recovery and flash a pre-rooted firmware
2- downgrade to .314 firmware which is rootable or any other rootable firmware(must be android 4.4 or 5) then search for "Xperia root kit" and root your phone then install dual recovery and flash lastest prerooted stock rom which is .291
PS:both ways will clear your data

Magisk has to be patched in order to use on Sony devices running stock ROM.
And as always, Google is your good friend.
