Hi There,
Try following the instruction from freaktab dot com, look for the following page
'602279-tutorial-the-ultimate-android-tv-experience-in-r-box-pro-h96-pro'
I did this on my K1 Plus, and got Android TV playstore and apps on it. See if it also works on K2 Pro.
i tried that but it failed cause no wifi,no sd card files,back to recovery

I think you should get it through OTA but if you have difficulties just search google for "MXIII Plus TV Box Android Lollipop 5.1 custom firmware Download"

I took out my TV box that was released at the time in Android 6.0 and I would like to be able to upgrade it to Android 7 minimum or more.
(The model of this tv box is: RUPA Diamond A9 TV Box with Amlogic S912 as CPU, 2G / 16 G)
The firmware posted here: https://chinagadgetsreviews.com/download-android-7-1-2-stock-firmware-hugsun-diamond-a9-tv-box.html
does not worked as a OTA.zip file.
I would likde to upgrade it by micro-usb card, once that I have not Windows OS to use the AMlogic tool
Any suggestion ?

In respect of my Post, unfortunately, I did not found any OTA.zip for this TV BOX. In addition, neither an original functional firmware to this device. I tried/tested many roms, and a ROM from T95Z plus TV box works well.
I leave for download a good ROM with Android 7.12 in my MEGA.nz:
Here the link for download ROM for Diamond A9 - RUPA - 2G/16 - S912

I try to update MXQ 4K pro old S905 but i don't fing the good firmware i think.
I download from internet this image am2_1.1.1.img and this one MXQPRO_S905W_20171218_PC.img
For this one : am2_1.1.1.img
Can update with this one but not the good firmware i think i don't have the Lan chip and wifi don't work. This one fot UGOOS
For this ine : MXQPRO_S905W_20171218_PC.img
Can not install it with USB BURN TOOLS
Have someone in the group can tell me what i should choose ?
