Hi there,
I've just install the last version of LineageOS on my Honor 5x (kiwi).
But I've got some issues:
- Some apps wont open (like Waze, Tv Time, ...)
- My connexion is arround 24kB/s in 4G or in Wifi.
I don't know how to fix thoose issues and if you met them before.
Can someone help me ?
Hi;
Try reflash your ROM. Be sure you doing wipes first. Also format sys and data before installing ROM. Always download last version of ROM. Some times company send a Amendment to make ROM better. Check for them.
Flash gapps exactly after flashing ROM. Then do wipes.
It's Recommended to download an stable ROM that users tested before.

Try Resurrection Remix and Aex using them with no issue
RR usually works best.
Slim, RR, Aim are the best.

(Spl thanks to Ajit_The developer)
For InnJoo i2 [DUAL SIM FUNCTIONAL]
I am not the original developer so I do not take any credit in making this ROM
This ROM has been powered by http://mtkroms.com
the original ROM can be found at - http://www.mtkroms.com/2016/08/aosp-slim-rom-marshmallow-mt6592.html
SlimM for i2 is an aftermarket ROM made by the best in the class devs who prefer simplicity in their work. Hence, the name Slim. SlimROM for i2 is based on Google AOSP and it tries to keep it as stock as possible without much features which normal users don't want to use. Thus, creating a powerful ROM which packs a punch of performance, battery life and simplicity. Definitely recommended for people who don't want much features from their ROM but just want simplicity and performance. You can use layers in this ROM as all AOSP 6.0.1 ROMs support layers but layers manager is not added by default, you can download "Layers Manager" app from play store in order to use layers. This ROM is compiled from source by Ajit Guraya
USSD, Calls, SMS, Bluetooth and other needed features are working in this ROM and it can be used as a daily driver. This is one of the most stable Marshmallow ROM

Hello there..!!
I just got a XT1521, as a secondary device. Its currently on stock Android 6.0 with baseband M8916_2020629.41.03.21.51R SURNIA_EMEA_DSDS_CUST
I want to make it just like the Pixel. I do know where to get the required files, and don't need any help regarding that.
All I wanna know is :-
1. What's the procedure to unlock bootloader on this device? Unlocked successfully
2. Which recovery should I use? I used Squid2's TWRP v3.0.2-r1
3. Which ROM can be used as a daily driver? (need 7.0+ to get Google Assistant working). My preferences are good battery life (if not extreme) but the performance should be smooth without any lags, unlike the stock M. Also, wifi, OTG support and other features should be working properly.
Flash Seraph08's CM14.1, its totally smooth with wifi, otg and everything working. Also, I've managed to install Google Assistant successfully
4. What's this adoptable storage thing that people are having problem with..?
Didn't faced this problem myself. Maybe because Im not using ext sd card.
5. Should I flash a custom kernel too? If yes, which one and why?
Didn't found any need to do so, stock CM kernel works just fine for me.
Thanks to you for reading through all of this and please be kind enough to answer. :silly:

4. I faced no such issue in cm14.1.
5.nope you don't need any kernel, cz the stock one performs excellent.

First of all, thanks bro for the reply.
Have you tried the CypherOS 3.1.3?? That seems good too but is having wifi problem, though in the latest version only.
Everything works fine in the CM14.1 you suggested, right? Even the wifi / tethering, VoLTE and OTG..?
VOLTE is still not available in any ROMs as far as i know, and for everything else works also i had tried cypheros 3.1.3 but i had some issue with that lyk the music would play on loudspeaker even if my headphones were connected(it also showed in the status bar , the headset icon after i connected my headphones) so yes i found cm14.1 better than cypheros in terms of performance

Thanks mate..!! I appreciate your reply. BTW, stock Marshmallow does support VoLTE, but since its my secondary device, I can live without that.
Yeah stock mm firmware supports VOLTE but then my phone would lag a lot on stock, so it's really difficult to stay on stock and that on jio half the calls wouldn't be placed due to interconnectivity issues, so i used stock for hardly 2-3 days.
Hello developer s
What was the real problem behind any custom ROM that having no VOLTE option.
In future is there any working solution.
Some one is trying to fix.
What are the obstacles coming in the process of fixing this issue.
How cm14 n so are supporting VOLTE without MIUI nougat base.
Why don't we take MIUI marsallow VOLTE to merge in cm13.
Kindly provide some useful info.
Coz I hate MIUI ROM it's a really laggy and buggy.
UI is very boring.
That's why I am using cm 13 base aicp without working VOLTE.
THANKS
Sorry for my bad English.

This is a sureshot way of getting VoLTE in any Custom ROM.
Try this. It worked for me.
1) Wipe Dalvik Cache, Cache, System, Data. (Not Internal Storage) Flash MIUI Global Beta 6.11.3. Here is the link, http://bigota.d.miui.com/6.11.3/miui_HMNote3ProGlobal_6.11.3_233ef61784_6.0.zip
2) Flash Lazy Flasher to edit the boot.img to prevent bootloops and to disable encryption and dm-verity. Here is the link, https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByWEieei-0nyMTR4R0dxWk9BTms/view
3) Boot to MIUI. VoLTE will work here. Go to Recovery and backip the EFS Partition.
4) Wipe Dalvik Cache, Cache, System, Data. (Not Internal Storage) Now, flash CM 14 Firmware, then RR v5.8.0-20161201 and then GApps. https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=385035244224398629
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=385035244224402818

5) Boot your phone to the RR ROM. In my case, I got the HD sign without restoring the EFS. If you don't get, restore EFS Partition and you're good to go!
Hello
here is a Android 10 release of crDroid 6.5 from 16.4.20 for download:
https://yadi.sk/d/TD-kDw6UvZbvoQ
I got it running on my Mi 9T, without any issues.
Even the fingerprint sensor works very fine, its my daily driver.
It has lots of customization options
It is official rom?
Can I flash it on indian k20
I dont think its official.
I am not the developer , but I am very happy with crDroid on my Davinci.
I tested very much other roms, every one had issues with something.
Mostly with the fingerprint sensor or the customization options.
With a backup from your previous system its worth a test
Is it smooth ROM like, for instance, Pixel Expirience? Does ANX Camera works in it? Which gapps do you use on this ROM?
does all functions works ok?
I didnt find anything what is not working.
Pixel Exp. is nothing for me, to less options. But yes, it runs smooth.
The battery life is amazing.
I use opengapps nano, because when pixel launcher is installed the orignal laucher has problems.
And the gcam port from urnyx works very fine. Havent anx cam installed yet.
Volte/vowifi working? And stupid question but does it ask for FP when double tapping a notification or just pin?
Used to use crDroid back in my Samy S2 days so interested to see how its come along.

Crdroid is my absolute favorite rom , hope there will be an official build on the crdroid page
@nikc0069
You can unlock with fingerprint or pattern.
How can I test Volte/vowifi ?
Volte is on per default, Wi-Fi calling can be enabled
Found the ROM on 4pda, the develop name is Razziell of that forum, this is the know bugs written on the post:
ANX camera not supported!
After making calls on the bt headset while playing music, you need to reconnect the headset / headphones, since the audio stops playing (the same applies to the GU)
It is better to write about the problems found in telegram (link in the profile) or in qms.

Installation instructions:
Requires an unlocked bootloader and the presence of TWRP.
Installed on any stock firmware based on 10 android.
!! The firmware contains its own vendor - you don’t need to install others and it is extremely undesirable !!
It is required to install firmware from global 10 version 11.0.4 / 5 or the latest Chinese dev!

Hello everyone, after struggling with basically any custom ROM that I have tried, I'll report the errors here that I've had because I need a ROM that works decently, hopefully.
Paranoid Android (Android 10): frequent random crashes and reboots, audio codecs broken (some audio is really bad).
Lineage OS (Android 10): failures flashing it.
ShapeShift (Android 11): even more frequent crashes and reboots, mobile data not working.
Arrow OS (Android 11): I couldn't even complete the setup because of services crashing during the first configuration after flashing it.
I'd like a debloated ROM, less is more.
Or, if you have a flawless working ROM among the previous ones, please just link me the MIUI (and the firmware, if needed) I have to use to make the exact same installation you have (this is driving me crazy, it's about a week that I'm using a not decent phone). It's the 5g standard, no pro/ultra/lite.
Thank you.
Only stock roms work perfectly. Custom roms will have bugs.

Well, I have tried like 7 stock ROMs recently, almost all of them were as unstable as the custom ones.
Anyway, I've done the cleanest install possible (flash stock - format - flash custom - format) with Arrow OS and apparently like this it's quite stable.
