Review by mmcbits :
So far, so good since yesterday. The ExtremePower-Kernel is very power efficient, overall very snappy. I flashed nano gapps and supersu along with the ROM.
I didn't like the included Camera2, so I installed the Snap camera from the Lineage OS 14.1 ROM and so far it works much better. The Camera2 was too dark.
I'm running the latest Pixel 2 launcher (just install the apk from apkmirror, it upgrades the current Pixel launcher version). The calendar alerts display in the top bar 30 min before. And, most icons are round.
DND status bar icon disappears, but does activate.
ROM just looks and feels like AOSP.

insurance? because in some roms have audio problem, when I answer the person listens to me well but I listen very low and the volume is at the maximum and I have not managed to fix it.

cause I'm a beginner at porting, and also Spam knows how to fix that, I'll try to see how to fix it, but this ROM is ported from a very old build I found on AndroidFileHost.

Try chaning the mixer_paths.xml in the etc folder. I'm not sure which parameters, there's a bunch of tutorials on what u need to do, such as this one http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/how-fix-low-audio-volume-cyanogenmod-other-custom-roms-1511449
