In a few minutes, like 30 or so my build is done. But I don't know if it will work, because I don't have a device, if you could test the build it would be nice for a first impression

Congratulations on the work you are doing - you are to be commended - I am looking forward to seeing what you have built and can't wait to flash a working ROM - but between you and me, I think XDA rules say you are not supposed to put up "placeholders" like this.
Technically, you are supposed to wait until you have something you can offer for downloading....doesn't matter one way or the other to me - but I have seen others get their threads closed if they didn't offer a download....

Yeah I know, but I'm really near the end for a first build. Maybe today a build can come out. It isn't a placeholder like a normal one, this is a forward setup to upload without any changes or any lose of time the build

I'll compare files (md5's) in a few weeks to check.. please do not make the same as with "your" sense 4 rom.

Ive built a recovery for cm13 but it wont boot.
I havnt uploaded dvc tree as yet. Quite similar to @Grarak's tree.
Other devs, please jump in as we need to get it done
PS: if youve seen some cm13, op2 builds on AFH, they wont boot. i think they are fake as discussed here:

I don't know if there is marshmallow AOSP source for Xperia z5, which runs msm8994 too, but Sony released blobs for marshmallow, maybe that would be somewhat helpful...

If you can provide a kdz I could for sure add it and if you want to be a tester for the device that would be great!
I probably can't get a kdz file within the next couple days, would i95swervin have one? And also I'm 100% willing to be a tester if needed

Without intending to look like a complete fool I would like to get something correct. If I am rooted on H91810i and I want to move to this rom. As a result of the process I will not be able for example go back and try Megarom? Because I will be stuck on 10s?

Correct as T-Mobile and LG have changed to ABR1 which means you are stuck to only ABR 1 roms/kdz and if you try to flash anything else you would be bricked.
