Are you certain that you are following the proper steps?
Many watchface installs are different than others. Some are from the ZenWatch Manager app and are fairly easy to install, while others require downloading the app on phone AND watch.
Try watching YouTube videos for the watchface you wish to install.

I can't imagine why it won't send selected face to watch.
I assume your watch is on AW 2.
Have you tried to change watchface by swiping watch screen left or right?

I made a shopping list app that sync from your phone to your watch, I would love feedback on it because I do not know anyone other than myself that has an android wear device. The link to the app is https://play.google.com/store/apps/d....anylist&hl=en . Please keep in mind that this app is in beta and not all features have been implemented yet, as of now the watch is not syncing changes back to the phone and the watch U.I. is not awesome. The mobile part of the app can be run completely independent of a wearable device. To delete items simply swipe them off the screen, to create click the plus icon on the mobile app. Let me know if you have any questions/ suggestions! Thanks! My link works.
I have tried it briefly. On the watch, it crashes for me most times. I get the list I created. In my sense, a grocery list. And when I try to launch it, it crashes.

Yeah, it finally installed. But you're right - it's all crashy. Can't even view my items. Great idea, but it needs to be debugged a bit.

Hey guys I thought I had subscribed to get updates on my thread but apparently I didn't. I looked at what you guys were saying and I don't know why its crashing like it is. I had it completely working before I uploaded to the store so maybe I uploaded an old apk or something. I will try to fix whatever is causing it to crash this weekend. Thanks for the feedback, I will update the thread when to let you know when it should be fixed!
Also I have quite a few other features planned for the app such as a list of favorited items to add with one click, but I will have to squeeze in updates around school and my internship. Let me know if you have any other comments/suggestions/complaints!
Bug Update
I fixed the bug that caused the application to crash on the wearable when you click on a category and updated my email preferences on the thread to get updates. I will push the update to the store now!

Hey sorry about the delay, I just got back in classes so I have been super busy. I found a bug in my manifest that was making multiple launcher icons, how were you trying to launch the app (through a wear launcher, or using the notification)? I'm attatching the apk here if you want to test it. It will also be included on the next update to the app on the play store.

I can't pull the file for you but thought I'd mention that it only displays time in 24 hour mode and not 12 hour mode. In case that matters to you.

Not that I've found. That's why I mentioned it.
Actually it shows the time mode as set on your phone. For example, 105pm shows as 0105 or 1305 depending on your phone settings.
But sadly I have no idea how to extract this watch face. It also requires the Zenwatch manager to change the settings. Maybe the watch face is inside that app?

You're right. I guess I was remembering that it has no way to not display a leading zero which would be my preference.

I just got a new update and by casuality I was proxy my app to my computer at that time, so I catch the rquest, here is the changelog:
1.3.5 Release notes:
Support Mountaineering activity tracking
Removed occasional Chinese voice prompt from lap alert
Fixed small difference on displayed time when the screen is locked v.s. unlocked
Fixed the weekday rendering issue on some watchfaces
Fixed off-by-one-hour issue in tracked sleep time in Daily Overview widget
Fixed pairing issues with some smartphones running Android 8.0 and above
Optimized system power consumption
The update hide the sideload apk list at the end of the options, but don't worry, after re/install any apk, all of them are back.

I just bought this watch and love it, upgraded this morning to 1.3.5. Looking at the change log it says:
Removed occasional Chinese voice prompt from lap alert
Does this watch support and audio prompt in the lap alert? For me it just vibrates and shows on screen my pace for the previous kilometer.

Thanks for the reply, how can I get this to work? I run without my phone and have a Bluetooth headset connected playing music, I also have the lap alert enabled in the settings! This is the one thing I'm missing in this watch so it would be great if I could get it working!!

Strange bug on amazfit
Hello, ive found something strange on my watch. We all know the option huami lab called 'ppg capturing'. Seems when you reboot the watch, this option is auto activated: i've seen many times my watch tracking my heartbeat while i was on my bed since the night. I've checked huami lab ppg capturing and resellected the cross and it is fine then.

Thanks for that, this can be useful since I noticed that battery autonomy was dicreased by this update. I'm sure this will improve it.
I'll wait for a few days, as usual, but if someone could check the couple of glitches I've had on 1.3.4f :
1. When changing the watchface on watch , by press&hold, it always scrolls to 1st one, so I have to swipe eternally to left to get to one wanted.
2. Sleep tracking was laughable from day one for me, it shows 4-5 hours of sleep per day, every day.
3. Some watchfaces were stopping the watch and touchscreen from working, when you choose custom background (on the watch itself)
Could someone check those, please?

I switched of the 'ppg capturing' from Huami lab, but the autonomy is still worser than in the previous firmware...

When i renamed some with WFZMaker app watch faces, watch did not detected it too, i don't know why it happen. So question did you modified it somehow like i did with some? I hope you know that downloaded 3rd parties watch faces must to be in watch face folder (when you connecting watch with PC)

Do not rename, just copied right into the correct folder inside the clock memory as I always did with PACE, what can it be? There are some that I noticed that appears ONLY by the clock and not by the software (APP) of the cell phone, but does not show the skin nice when the clock is turned off and we would see to see the time.

I can just give you advise to try reset factory settings of watch. I hope will help if no, sorry for me just not worked after rename wfz watch faces. By the way it happen with all watch faces or just one, specific? Maybe something wrong is with watch face, not yours watch

I just bought a new Amazfit Bip U, but after 2 days, i installed Notify for Amazfit app, and here you can install custom firmware. I saw something to see all emoticons, a font. But after update, my band shows "update failed". One of the worst solutions is to wait for a new official update... Do you know another solutions?

It also happen to me. I connect the watch with phone and change the font from watch setting. And i got it back.

Factory reset your Amafit watch and reconnect your watch with the Zepp app from your phone. Then, go to Zepp app>> go to profile tab>> go to your device>> go to watch settings>>system language. Then change to another language. Then it will update your watch and you will get it back
(I got it back by this way. But I am not sure that is the way. Good luck!!)
