Hi All,
I have purchased Moto z 15 days ago , It is now on 7.1.1 and I am facing this serious issue of camera. It comes randomly at any time , during this Whenever I start camera it gave a camera error : please restart camera.
None of the app which use camera works after this error.
I have checked it in safe mode also , same problem persists.
Please suggest what to do or anybody faces similar kind of issue before.
Did you tried clearing cache and data?
I had the same problem, the problem was a faulty custom kernel. Are you on stock firmware or on custom-rom?

Yeah have cleared cache , force stop , even in safe mode same issue is coming. I haven't installed any custom rom , it is on stock only
Not root? not modify data of "build.prop" "ro.product.model"...
large percentage is hardware problem.

Hi, my problem is very simple but very annoying.
every time i try to use the front camera, it pops a message "unknown error" and the camera FC.
I´ve changed the rom (xperianZ) to Pure Look HD, i´ve tried full wipe, different camera mods, 4.2 Camera from nexus, erase data from the application, etc, etc, and the problem persist.
Have anyone any idea of what is going on?? I´ve even tried different kernels and the same thing happened.
I don´t know what to do so i think maybe somebody can help me.

Lot of custom ROM which are not based on Samsung one have some trouble with Camera because (normaly) it uses some proprietary fils that can't be integrated in other ROM (due to lack of information/documentation ?).
PS : confirmation is required ? I'm not 100% sure.

Flash a stock rom and see if the problem persists!

HI everyone
i have a Lenovo A660 / Android 4.0.4
when the battery level reach 15 % , i don't get that " weak battery " notification but i get another notification that says " unfotunately , system ui has stopped "
and system bar on the upside of screen disappear and the notification keeps on showing to me even if i close so many times .
i tried all this solutions
wipe cache / wipe data
without any results
and when i plug it to the charger all the problems are gone .
But i want a final solution
so thank you everyone , I really need your help.
Wipe data remove user apps. Problem is in system. Are you flashed any custom ROM?

I did not flashed it at all .
Very strange behavior. Try to flash stock firmware to phone. Maybe this can help. But do this on your own risk.

Perhaps you have contracted a nasty virus from the FB video? Do you have any anti-virus or anti-malware app installed?

If the problem still continues after doing this, then there are one of two possibilities:
1. There are still hidden things lurking around. In this case you will need to "format data" (i.e., format the data partition). You will lose all the contents of your internal SD - but you would also get rid of the problem.
2. You have a hardware problem. In this case, you will need to claim on the warranty, or return the phone.

As you open setting>system update>corner option>choose update package>ok
Than flash zip file.
And all problem solved automatically..

Thamk you for the help but the probpem was that the **** cracked sim in the phone cuzing problem s idon't how that happenes
Flash stock firmware and flash it .Fixed !!!
Download from miui site /go to updater app /choose a package / flash it .
Hi everybody. I experience strange problem on my mido. I'm on Xiaomi.eu latest update. I noticed that one-handed mode stops running after cache clearing, even the toggle in the setting is constantly on. I have to switch it off and on again, but after next cache clearing situation is the same. The problem appeared on previous ROM updates too. I even did a total wipe and configured my device as a new, but after reinstalling all my apps the problem came back. I have really no idea what can cause it. Anybody has an idea? Please help if you can :fingers-crossed:

I'm running miui 10.2.3.0 non-root LB. Following has been happening even after multiple times even after clean stock ROM installation:
-My apps keeps crashing , closing for no reason at all.
-I'm using my phone & suddenly the screen goes black for a few seconds, network goes away then comes back to normal. This happens 2-3 times a day.
- I'm unable to update to the latest miui with OTA, after I install the OTA, it says OTA update failed installation. I tried multiple times then I have to reinstall stock ROM.
Can someone help me out to figure to the issue?
UPDATE: My motherboard was the issue. It has been replaced now & now the phone is working great!

Hard reset your phone
If that doesn't work then flash latest rom after clearing all data

I clearly wrote in the first line that I have installed the stock ROM multiple times. The main behaviour happening everytime is the black screen issue. Hard reset might fix the app crashing.

Go to service centre then i guess. Thats the last hope it might be hardware issue
I also have the same problem with my poco f1 (miui 10.3.4). Can't update to miui 10.3.5 and all the apps including stock apps keep crashing. I also have a problem with rebooting,evertime i try to reboot phone shuts down. Have you found any solution yet?

My phone's motherboard was the issue. It was replaced, now the phone is working great!
Try factory resetting , if that doesnt help install stock rom again. If nothing works go to service center.

am on the latest version the problem am facing is the call ain't connecting at all!
