My Redmi 3 Pro lost the imei´s and baseband when the official rom global update. I flash roms with fastboot, in download mode, i use qpst tools and nothing work.
Now my rom is MIUI 7.4 by Manhit 6.5.12 Beta.
Can i try something else or my phone is dead?

i have a redmi 3 pro with MIUI Version : MIUI 7.4 by ManhIT 6.5.12
I was thinking of upgrading it since on miui official site MIUI 8 is out: http://en.miui.com/download-298.html
My question is: can i use Updater app to upgrade this phone from MIUI 7.4 by ManhIT 6.5.12 to official global stable MIUI 8?

no OTA for this rom
you'll have to backup your phone, then miflash it (edl mode) to miui 8 stable

Backup your data by system backup, then used mi flash tool to flash a global rom. I personally prefer global dev rom. There's a instruction for flashing miui official rom in the download section. If you prefer customer recovery, used flasher toolkit V1.05: http://en.miui.com/thread-296053-1-1.html, after you have twrp installed, you can easily changed to zcx twrp for flashing miui official rom and can do a nandroid backup. There are many version of twrp for redmi note 3 pro: read the newbies guide on twrp, please read and really understand those topics then started to flash whatever your preference. in theory it should work... just flash EU/global ROM trough TWRP. but i haven't tried it yet since my bootloader is still locked :/. let me know if it works, curious to know.
If recovery stops working (which i doubt) you can always flash the fastboot ROM trough miFlashtool (just make sure you dont lock the bootloader ).

You can flash Global rom on K20Pro CN Version but only with unlocked bootloader otherwhise it will bootloop.
Both devices are named with devicecode raphael ?
I want too..same here I have cn k20 promand now I am in xiaomi.eu rom... I wanna go stable too.. if you find the solution then text me

u need to use miflash n use fastboot rom to flash.i have tried all the available roms india,eu n lastly global with clean all function without any issue just note that miflash will give error after flashing but the phone will start normally
