You will get it inside your rom zip . If you cannot get it extracted then just dirty flash your rom or get some custom kernel

Yes if the instructions say you can and its a no wipe rom .
No if its a wipe rom .
Read the rom instructions ask in the rom thread .

yes no need 2 wipe anything simply flash v1.9 and reboot that's it

Flash the cm 12 rom again, why do u want? You can't seperatly flash the cm kernel as in custom kernel i tried and lost RIL

You said right..!! I flashed stock cm12.1 kernel and lost RIL. I am flashing Whole zip again.

Flash latest nighty via TWRP:good:

"Cellular Network Not Available" Error.

I've flashed my moto e and everything is working fine except sim card. It detected sim card and showing signal strength. But when i try to call, It is showing " Cellular Network Not Available". Please help me resolve this problem.
What rom are you using ?
Also give information about rom version and gapps version

You may try flashing radio files for moto e
If this fials .. try to revert back to a temasek 10.4
Hope this will solve your issue

That's the biggest downside with custom ROM's the camera always takes a big hit in image quality as you lose the manufacturers software processing.
