Latest Samsung Messages App for Note 4 (6.0.1) - Galaxy Note 4 Themes and Apps

Hello everyone,
I present to you the latest and last update of Samsung Messages App for Note 4 MM ...
I am using it my self and it is 100% working, so do let me know if you find any bugs. Beautiful app with beautiful UI and new icons. I had to change the some colors to make the status bar visible
To install just simply replace your old SecMMS app in priv-app with right permissions and reboot ... enjoy this beautiful app

Do you have a new dialer? Its working using it on my n910f

Yes i did try the dialer and contacts and they are working perfectly but i was having trouble with changing the statusbar color ... if i manage to do that without any errors in app, i will share that also

Which Device ?? and did you give permissions in root explorer and application manager ?

I don't know man haven't tried it on note edge but it should work flawlessly as note 4 and edge are basically the same phones ...
I am using stock note 4 mm rom anyways in settings > app manager check permissions of Message service, RCP components, MMS App and other Message related apps ... give them all permissions in app manager

How's it going i can't seem to locate SecMMS in the Priv-App folder, would it be either somewhere else? and also what permissions do i need to set for it ? Thanks in Advance

What rom are you using ?? in stock mm its in the folder system>priv-app>secmms_candy
find the apk for the messaging app in your rom and replace it

Still No Folder with it. Im Using Sprint Ultimate Hybrid note 7 ROM

That is the reason .... with note 7 most of the app folders names were changed for example.
in note 4 mm camera app was in SecCamera but in note 7 it was in SamsungCamera

i was change the app (my MMS app in pri-app/messaging_common ) and set correct permission (755 for folder, 644 for files), and restared phone. But app say "tap OK to set the messaging application as the default messaging application" and closed. I was backup my original apk file, and i was restore it. But it didnt work too. I use N910CQ (exynos) and Ditto N7 ROM. How can i run this app perfectly ? I obliged to install 3rd party messaging app to send and receive sms now :S

I did everything as described in first post, and I can receive messages but I can't send... after typing message when I press SEND, message just disappear...

I tried it in my SM-N910F and it's not working.
I typed de sms and when i press send de sms disappeared.
I'm using stock 6.0.1 rom rooted.

ok i don't know why you guys are facing these problems but i guess it may be because of some other components missing.
here is what i did i first changed my IncallUI, Dialpad, Phone, contacts and messaging app with S7 apps which are available to download in this forum and they are also working 100%.
after changing all of the above then i changed my MMS app to this one and set the permissions right in root explorer and app manager.
and now i m using this app as my primary messaging app from the day i posted this here and it works flawlessly
I wasn't able to attach the S7 files so search them in the forum by the name
"S7 MMS, Floating message & Phone by Monr61"
just follow the instructions and after installing these just replace the MMS app and set permissions as mentioned above
of course you don't have to change all of these apps, i changes these because i like the new dialer & contacts etc ... just figure out what works. there are some apps like floating msgs and some feature xml files which work with these new mms apps
