I joined XDA February of this year after having my Nexus One for a yr ....
My friends used to mod my nexus one when i was to busy with recording music ...
Now I do all my mods and my old friends mods ....
They think i'm a Android God on my block .. Littile they know I'm Still a NOOB
I'm currently trying to make bootanimations with sounds Splash , Bootup , Bootdown
anyways the reason i made this thread was for noobs like me to get there Thanks meter up so people with more experience Don't SAY NO CAUSE YOUR A NOOB
when i had my nexus one i had people not help me cause i had no thanks but as time went on of helping other i build up the thanks

telus dropped the amaze, its no longer on their site.
I haven't been to a store to see first hand but the decline has begun

I personally don't agree with giving a "thanks" just for the hell of it.
To me getting a thank means I helped out in some way or another.
This would also be the reason I give a "thanks".
Why just give someone thanks for no reason unless they've somehow contributed. No?
The more thanks you have the more credibility you have.
It's a badge that you can wear proudly.
Anyway, sorry I'm not trying to offend anyone. I just thought I'd say what was on mind.

Not saying his work isn't needed but been following these "lets get this guy a phone thread" and some have put a rom out.others just got a phone. Some made an awesome rom, then stopped and moved on.. just my 2 cents... but hey hope you get what you need.

I've also seen my fare share of donations gone bad, so I can understand the skepticism. However, if you were to look at sbrissen's body of work you'll see that he still supports aosp on the fascinate. That should speak to his longevity to a device. Not to mention if sprint users are willing to donate to get a Verizon phone to a dev, it should speak to their work.
Please don't assume I'm trolling here. Just wanted to at least suggest that this dev won't disappear if he gets this device on your network. Figured the more devs the merrier. Carry on; enjoy this awesome GN2.

@milesjohnson - As this isn't specific to the HTC One, I've moved this over to the Themer forum.
You'll also notice that I've made an edit to this thread so that others can post their spare codes in here aswell.

I am trying to put together some information, and had an idea come to me about the NOTE 3, Mine is the sprint variant, N900P.
There are hundreds of threads that say yes and no on is it possible to use on GSM. I have come to realize that unless UICC is unlocked then you cannot get GSM (USA Carriers) to work.
My question lies in why can you "bypass" uicc on other phones but not this one?
I ask this with knowledge about the LG G2 unlocking procedure listed here>http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2729370<
Is there anyone currently trying to duplicate this method on the sprint(or any) Note 3?
please be gentle in any responses, I am no n00b, but am not an advanced hacker either lol.
any input on this would be wonderful, or maybe any suggestions that I could use to "tinker" with my note3.
I hope this might spark enough intrest to try out things on the sprint note 3 again.
well its sadly to say that there is noway to unlock uicc even with a professional unlock boxes (good job Spirnt :good: ) , if someone has any solution that can unlock my n900p and make it work on gsm so i can give him upto 50$ or even more, if someone can. if anybody has some solution contact me in pm. or reply here

Not to be a wet blanket .......
It's my understanding that the code that would need changed can only be done "over the air" by Sprint. And to make matters worse the code is encrypted, so with out the key it can't be done. All so a LG and Samsung phone code is so incompatible that I don't think looking at it would help. Just changing the settings APNs Radios etc. won't help us use a different Sim card.
