I have a Vodafone branded LG G5 H850 without simlock, can I flash the OPEN EU ROM over it to debrand it, and is OTA still available after this?!

I want to update my honor 5x KiW 21 to marshmallow.. i know its available but not for the middle east region.. so please guide me or tell me about Some MM custom rom which i can use without upgrading my firmware to MM first.. or tell me a method to update my firmware..

This method is very difficult,
MM update for middle east has been released... My friend got the ota.. and i will upload the link on this forum as soon as i get the ota...

He needs to extract the update, its kinda difficult but if he acted fast it should be on honor 5x's repository on XDA

My friend has gotten the update... I still haven't... I'm waiting for my ota... As soon as i get the update, the link will be up in less than an hour...

I contacted huawei again today, and they said that are releasing MM in batches (explaining why my friend got one early)... They are still assuring me that MM will reach me before wed... All we can do is wait... Let's hope for the best...

On my second 9+ phone and it's not any better on the signal. I cannot get why the signal is worse than my OnePlus 5t. You would think it would be as good or better than oneplus....
