Player Pro not playing when screen is locked - Huawei Mate 10 Questions & Answers

I use the Player Pro app for playing music. On the Mate 10, it stops playing after a few seconds when the screen is locked. The inbuilt Music player works fine though. Is the Mate automatically hibernating Player Pro?

I had the same problem. Partially solved : untick "Activate the DSP pack" into Audio settings. Works for me, seems to be an issue between the DSP and the device.

Find the way to solve the problem!
Settings -> battery -> use battery now look for the player application and tap - Start -> uncheck from Manage automatically as well as in the background and music, when we listen to it with playerpro will no longer be blocked.
ITA Impostazioni -> batteria -> utilizzo batteria ora cercare l'applicazione playerpro e tappare - Avvio -> togliere la spunta da Gestisci automaticamente così avremo Esegui in background e la musica, quando la ascoltiamo con playerpro non verrà piu' bloccata.

Player Pro no funciona en huwei mate 10 pro
se soluciona de la siguiente manera: Configuración -> batería -> inicio de aplicaciones (desmarcar player pro y aceptar)-.................... desmarque Administrar automáticamente, así como en el fondo y la música , cuando lo escuchemos con playerpro ya no estará bloqueado

Thanks Bix66, It was a little different on the S21. I added it to the unrestricted setting in battery under the app but it seems to have worked. I truly appreciate your insight. Thanks, this was driving me crazy. For the Sammy folks Settings > Apps > USB Audio Player Pro > Battery and change the setting to unrestricted.
