I try it,Hong Kong version,same as Indian2.31.400.6,works,but no Wi-Fi calling ...so I switched to stock and use bad boy magisk rom, although some tweaks not working...

To flash Android 8 ROM from developer (not Stock):
Ensure your OCN has latest TWRP: https://forum.xda-developers.com/u11/development/recovery-twrp-touch-recovery-t3617028
Download a ROM from developer who has prepared Android 8 Oreo ROM. Then transfer it to your phone ready for flashing later.
Then go to LeeDroids site and download the Oreo_Radio.....V2.zip file from https://ibm.ent.box.com/s/1eqyv1qvoklfk3zzpw4ok4cxq7bvsd6c/folder/38055674673
Flash it in TWRP. I think if you flash this then there is no going back to Android 7 so be sure you want to do this.
Then flash Android 8 Oreo ROM from a developer and all should work fine.
None of the files in the links above are my own work so I claim no credit. I only provide the links and suggested process. Anyone please add or correct if necessary.

I diagree. Android system still takes up too much battery close to 40% every time. My SOT is about 2hrs tops

I'm using it in Europe.
I noticed that the 4G doesn't work,
HotSpot doesn't work,
No updates (Currently 5.1, sense 7.0)
A friend told me that these are common restrictions on HTC Verizon phones outside USA.
Will rooting and installing cyanogenmod or any other custom firmware or another 626 official firmware solve these problems, or they're hardware related since it's a CDMA/GSM phone?

Thank you for your question ... 1st of all this is wronf forum for you
2nd Europe use different 3g/4g/LTE bands so basically phones that are made for US/Canada market (expect iphone and some rare models) wont work in europe bands. Changing firmware wont solve the problem since bands are integrated in modem... If the device is snapdragon model ypu can add some bands. Ive added myself in the xiaomi mi note

Try a clean install.. Battery is very good.. I don't have any ss.. But I've got 4 hrs SOT with net or wifi and Bluetooth and GPS on.. So its better..

For now is only deodex, you can see the screen of the stock S6 edge. In the next build I'll add some tweak and debload rom, then I'll upload some screen

Changelist, higher = newer .. unless it's a branded firmware (e.g. AT&T, Vodafone etc.)
In this case G920FXXU3DPFI (8007686) is the latest. PF9 may have a higher changelist, but it's a branded firmware from Vodafone.
Btw what is the difference between XXU 3 and XXS 3 firmware? The PF1 is XXS3 and others are XXU3 like PFI

I've already tried it, from twrp41. And also tried flash cm-14.1-20161220-NIGHTLY-onyx-recovery.img from fastboot.
I think it could run if I make factory reset, but I don't want loose data(reinstall apps, configure it), I just want update. Maybe, I can do backup, then factory reset, then install cm14, recover backup? So, for this variant, what data I need to backup?

I think the kernel is faulty in this version because it doesn't boot for me either. I updated from the last unofficial version to first nightly and got stuck at 1+ logo bootanimation.

How to install:
1) Enter TWRP recovery.

6) Wait 10 or 15 min for first boot.

When You need it for Your SM-N910T, You`re in the wrong Tread. This Tread is for "SM-N9100 DUO".

Is Your SM-N9100 Unlocked! The Device is Locked by Provider (AT&T for USA or CHina Mobile for China)

I installed this rom and everything went smoothly, I used it for a whole day without any problem. The phone could only recognised 1 sim card and I need the two to be functioning, so I have to uninstall it because of this.
