I added some animation to lockscreen, and I added trigger action double touch on screen , when I touch double screen animation is stoping, when I touch double touch screen animation is playing. my problem is that : I unlock screen and than back to lock screen the animation is play itself.
I want if I had stoped animation every time be stoped, not play otomatic, I want only when I double touch to screen animation start play, how I solve ?

The app Screen Off and Lock offers the option to turn your screen off with just one touch or - if you have a custom launcher - with a specific gestures.

I thought this was cool, so I downloaded the app and made all the settings.
The issue with the S3 is, that when you turn off the screen with a gesture or a widget, the screen turns off for half a second and than the lockscreen pops up...

I don't have a permanent solution, but i find turning off S-voice for wake up device helps, the double switch off as i like to call it still happens but not as much.
Another success i had was switching everything off the home screen so its blank, This fixed the issue until i pressed the power button once to switch off the screen then the issue came back.
I used a similar app called lock screen but the issue remains, actually the screen off and lock app seems to be better because of the delay it has with different animations.
It seems to be an issue with ICS 4.0.4.... So we have to wait

After i flashed Paranoid Android rom v1.95a on to my S2 everything is ok except the lockscreen it has a TV effect while turning the screen off but whenever i was checking the time i lock the phone it will have a little bug its like when i pressed the power button once the lockscreen came out and i locked it back and it will go black after that lockscreen appear agn for like 1 sec n disappear i have no idea whether isit the TV effect problem or isit my phone .
If can i would like to disable the TV effect lockscreen .Help Thanks.

Try going to System Settings/Developer Options and set Window Animation Scale to .5x that desabled the CRT off for me.
After I change the windows animation scale to .5 now is when I lock Den will have the bug but before that it was when was at the lock screen den I got the bug

It wasn't a bug, it is a feature called CRT off effect. For current CM10 the "feature" wasn't working so well, so sometimes it appear and sometimes it don't.

Is there a way to change the screen dim animation or duration ? I mean the animation that show up before screen dims to 50% . That's not smooth & Like 2 FPS . And this animation ignored by turn off the animations in developer options . I have this issue almost in every CM rom .
I figured out that by turning on the power saving in CM12 , that animation will be disabled and screen will dim instantly to 50% w/o transition then phone goes to sleep . So something happened there that can be changed .
Is there a solution !? Like xposed mods or change some codes by decompile an apk or something !?

and I like the retro TV animation better, only if I can change it
i knew there was an unlock animation, didnt knw there was a lock one too.

Hi guys. I need help. After replacing creen in my 4x I face strange problem. Phone boots, show lockscreen and after 2 second becomes black. When I want to wake up phone I see big clock and one notification icon (SMS) and black background. When I use volume buttons animation is normal (volume animation show up as usual on screen ) also finger scanner stop recognise my finger. Anybody face similar issue?
May be repair guy ****ed your phone up..
