I've been using Pixel Experience 8.1 [AOSP] since yesterday. And I didn't face any issues as such. Everything working normally.

First of all LOL! I'm on it. Maybe you took me wrong. Alright, my *smart* friend so you're looking for stable build on first release. So PE is good for now facing hard screen lock issue. And some minor bugs. But its fine at least for now.

I am currently using Crdroid rom. Latest build just fixed the tristate keys and gestures and HDR issue. On earlier build, rom was stable, but currently i am experiencing data bug. Mobile data is not stable. I have to restart the device every time to enable data.

Yes. I have tested it. HDR video everything is working. Just data bug. I hope developers fix it soon.
CrDroid is even good, but I prefer Xperience over its stability and could be a perfect daily driver with everything that u want are working.
Cyanogenmod 14.1 by ashwin007 works really well. HDR isn't working yet and I sometimes have to reboot to turn on mobile data, but overall, it's pretty fanastic.
Resurrection Remix 5.8.0 - Most stable out of all with many features, mostly good battery back-up without any modification to kernel. You can give a try.
Anyway, i'm pretty satisfied with the Cypheros (aoscp). Close to Aosp.

Install substratum theme engine from play store and apply your favourite theme. I am using substratum domination theme. It's like Dark theme on oxygen os.

I have tried almost everyrom .
Xperience 7.1 is the best .
I am usng it as my daily driver.
xperience is great but you can't get in developers settings :/
Lineage OS has been a great custom ROM for users who wanna move away from MIUI. Although it has been overlooking the feature for casting or wireless display for a while now and I really use this feature alot so I have to keep using MIUI because of this. So please if this functionality could be added

You mean casting from miracast? That feature disabled since lollipop by google. They want you to use chromecast, although there's workaround for enable this feature again with build.prop edit but I forgot

Cast screen does not work on resurection remix also.adding line to biuld.prop does not help. Cast screen wotks perfectly on miui.

The same problem for me. I have Xiaomi Redmi 3. With MIUI i've had perfect screen cast, but with Lineage OS 7.1 it's written "No devices found".

Version 4 didn't work well for me.back to officially and it's blocking fine again
4.0.2 working great for me. But beside the 3 default hosts I had to add http://winhelp2002.mvps.org/hosts.txt from AdAway GitHUB
DNS66 works fine too as a non-root alternative.
Works fine on PIE. For the best setup, I recommend following the instructions here...

Nitrogen seems quite stable on Pie, Carbon also has builds out, you can take a gamble and flash other builds that are up on androidfilehost.com

Running stock rooted here. Used to be big on roms before this device, but the roms feel so different compared to stock to me. p:

Could be a couple ads that slip through due to it not being blocked in the hosts file. You can blacklist them manually yourself using the website domain name.
Also, check out my comment on the first page. It works the best with AdAway and blocks far more.

Yes you do have to enable camera 2 API and you can do that by flashing twrp and flashing magisk then installing camera 2 API enabler.

i am getting a green tint on every photo i take from the rear camera.....even on whatsapp (same issue)
AND THE WORST PART: the front camera is SUPER BAD!
Please fix it ....or tell me how to debug it myself...
i think changing the in-app settings may solve it!

That's an old build and it wasn't even made specifically for Vince
Uninstall that one and install this, this is the Vince port, it doesn't have the night sight features but it's stable

HW age does not change prior response. Perhaps custom ROM maintainer(s) disabled/altered Android 9.x native doze behavior. If you need Greenify on Pie something else is wrong. Pursue root cause vs squashing symptoms.
I am using Greenify on my Note 9 PIE and its working perfectly!
And of course its rooted.

I'm very glad that Greenify works on your device with Pie. I guess the question is if Greenify is really needed on Pie (and by theway Oreo already). By lots of things I've read - and especially from such a highly experienced member as @DB126 I personally doubt, but no own experiences as all of our devices are still on Nougat and will stay there.
I'm using Havoc Pie (based AOSP) and Greenify work well in my vince
