I am looking to either replace the battery bar with a percentage or find the best app to minimally add it to the notification bar. I am running In Paris V4.
I am not up to doing 100 battery pictures and trying to replace them myself. So if there isn't a easier way, then maybe someone can recomend a good app. Something that looks good, but doesn't drain the battery... I tried a couple but they had issues.
Thanks
I simply use Battery Circle.
Battery Indicator
Thanks, I will take a look at both of those. Nice to know they are working well for you.
try gauge battery widget

Ah, I see gauge battery widget comes with a icon for the notification bar. Thanks for the suggestion.

thks for yr reply! ;-)! but not all roms have this settings , i know miui has this! but others dont! i read tht rom toolbox pro can change icons, among them, battery ones! ill try it!
thks mannnnnnnn
Hello all, I've been trying different ROMs recently, and I've found that AOKP doesn't exactly fit me, but one of the battery icons in it, I really liked. If anyone is able to pull the icon pack with the vertical battery and numerical percentage that isn't fitted inside the battery icon, and puts it into a flashable zip, I would appreciate it very much!
Sorry if this is posted in the wrong section, I'm not too good with categories
Hey everyone!
Can anyone help me remove this battery icon in the status bar/notification header? (See attached image) it's pointless being there if you using gravity box battery icons instead.
That one you can't really get rid of. The best you can do is go into settings - personalization - status bar icons, and untick the battery. This will remove stock battery icon when notification drawer IS not pulled down so you can only see GravityBox icon.
Hope that helps

I've been working for a while to hide clock and date from AOD, so there are only notifications on AOD=>no battery drain (a compensation for led light)
first you need to have good lock (or nicelock)
then install this modified clock face apk (by me) https://drive.google.com/file/d/1--HlHWgACXh1InPmcwbEdLSrRiyoM8bZ/view?usp=drivesdk
then choose the clock face from the app that doesn't have clock and date
note: the battery icon will still be present on AOD if you have any idea how to remove it tell me
you do not have the right to mod this apk or credit it to you
*Works on one ui devices .you have to uninstall the old clockface app
:good:
Hi. I just installed it excellent .. thank you very much, will you update the application as clockface is updated?

Well done! Could you maybe remove all clocks from the ClockFace app and only leave the empty one? Would make it easier to find.
Regarding hiding battery, cant you just edit the battery layout files and set dimens to 0dip?
Code:
layout_clock_face_common_battery.xml
BTW, nice lock is not needed for me. Only install and select clock in AOD clock settings
I wish you could manage to remove the battery icon
How do I undo the changes so that I can see the Icon again? I deleted via goodlock but I still cannot see notification icons again.

Could also set the visibility to gone in the layout file.
How do you recompile an sign the apk? Could also do some testing if you like.
This is GREAT, and just what I was looking for. Combined with aodNotify, all is well with the missing notification LED.
THANK YOU
Let me add my "vote" to hoping you find a way to hide the battery icon.
any update?
pleasee update this mod
been looking for this! thank you very much good sir!
Is it possible to hide the text that tells how long it takes to fully charge battery?
How to remove battery icon?
Edit : Blahhh. Sorry for double post
Any news about the battery icon?
@Ggggeorge
Is it possible to change colour of the battery icon on AOD to black?
I use a tasker profile to turn AOD only when i receive notification.
When the screen is off, tasker can't directly activate AOD without turn on screen. So i use tasker to set cusom values in start time / end time in the programs section of AOD. Thanks to this trick, the phone will activate AOD automaticly.
Thanks to this, my AOD is activate when i receive a notification for 1 hour (start and end time configured in tasker).
If i unlock my phone within this hour, an other tasker profile will set back AOD to "double tap to wake".
Hello, very nice tip for having only notifications on AOD !
I modified the Clock_face_mod_by_george.apk to remove the battery icon ; so now I have a totally black screen and only notification icon when I have one (or more).
I'd like to have Ggggeorge autorisation before posting it for the ones who are interrest on it
