IMEI Unknown/Sim card not detected after OTA

Ok i need help with my device.
I got a s6 edge SMG925I a while ago, yesterday an update (i guess its called OTA) popped up and i installed it. after the installation was completed but now i'm not registered on network, and i can't detect my SIM card.
Note: my IMEI is NOT blocked.
So far all my efforts were for nothing.
All the info i got so far by searching
Problems:
Not registered on network
when typing *#06# it only show S/N
About device it shows IMEI: Unknown
did not back up the efs folder (but i GUESS the folder is still there and somehow the new stock can't access it)
Android ver. 6.0.1(marshmallow)
Possible cause:
EFS Folder corrupted
Bad Stock installation
Already tried:
Rooting (i wasnt able to root)
Installing latest stock rom
installing the old rom
QPST to change IMEI
Please help me guys
EDIT:
I figured out what happened, my efs got deleted somehow, i got no backup, is there a way around this? help me please

How about a simple reset from the settings menu? But I am pretty sure, if you somehow deleted the IMEI imformation, your chances are not the best. You'd have to find a way, to get write thatbinfo back. What you could do is ask someone else to backup that partition for you and change the values according to your phone ( IMEI, serial number,...) Then flash this partition info back. Good luck!

i think you can install CM recovery (TWRP) then you can process the backup of your old rom from the recovery.
just enter in recovery mode then you'll find "restore" choose all the files ( i think there will be like this: System, Cashe, Efs, Boot...) then hit Restore botton, and wait for it to boot up hope this helps you bro

Try to get the efs partition holding the information from someone else, change it to your IMEI, serial,... And flash that partition to your phone and you should be good. I guess you'd have to use a hex editor to get that done. I am not rooted, so I can't back it up for you.

Unknown Baseband and Invalid imei Redmi note 4

After flashing then accidentally i formatted the phone's all partition using TWRP now Baseband and imei is gone. I don't know how to repair this phones baseband.
I tried several method to restore my imei but nothing working.
Mtk engineering cdsinfo missing so I couldn't use it. Cannot use mtk droid or adb command list of device came empty or even the terminal emulator TE says no such file or directory . Couldn't even get to meta mode working for Maui Meta.
I even used the chamelephon this thing can't get imei right then I replaced the MP0B_001 file still got the problem.
On miui forum someone said to flash it again so i did now i can't even turn on the phone now stuck on Finding Device.
When i tri to use SP flash tools this happend
see this image (Bieng new user XDA prevented from posting outside links) Please copy paste this link "i.imgur.com/N5TyiD6.png"

Hope it helps
I had similar problem with baseband. Only way to restore it is to flash stable fastboot rom through sp flash and the it will be restored. After that switch do what ever rom you want.

Bootloop Samsung Galaxy S7 SM-G930W8

Hello, I really need your help because i think its a hardware problem but i must have your confirmation.
my Samsung S7 keep rebooting, i tried so many times to install a ROM but it stuck on updating ROM in 32% ==> Erasing and reboot to keep rebooting
i have two times tried to install the version 6.0.1 and after so many attempt of reboot i was able to go and finish all the configurations but i just have to work with the phone and start downloading applications and it freeze.
in TWRP i tried to format all the partition repair them and change the extention but it doesnt change anything.
-- my storage data is 24682MB now but -- sometimes my data partition back to 0MB maybe its kind of security ?
-- im not able to copy the whole file to install from the internal storage (its start but do not finish and the paste window show like 53% i see the file but i cant use it) its just like i have a problem with the internal data?
can someone help me with the whole procedure please ?
can at least make the status binary to official so i can use the warranty to fixe it ?
if you need more informations please ask me and thanks for your help
Actual version 6.0.1
I had a problem like that in my S Duos 2 and I used Odin to bring it back to life. So, I advise you to try this method on your S7.
Please let me know about the result?!

Question Please provide a backup of your paritions if possible , DN2101

seccfg, nvcfg, nvdata, nvram, persist, proinfo, protect1, protect2.
super partition: my_*, odm, product, system, vendor.
I need all these partitions please let me know anyone could help me or not as my imei is not working because i foolishly erased the paritions and flashed the stock image
without realizing i needed to make a backup first so if possible someone please give me their partition backup .
I dont care about the fingerprint as far as the mobile can make calls and would be in a functioning condition .
1 guy here in our forums even flashed the persist image and fixed his camera so i believe flashing the appropriate partitions would help me get my phone to a working condition
and do not ask me to go to svc as i already did that and they were of no help and asked me for a motherboard change and they flashed the phone but the imei problem and the
fingerprint problem was not solved at all so i dont trust these guys at all . As the SVC usually always wants to shell out money from our pockets .
