So LG just released Oreo for V30.
My feeling as a G6 user:

What's the problem? Did they slowdown your phone like Apple does? Or make the camera really bad like Apple does?

Actually they have released more update for the G5 then G6 in the last months, that's why there is so much gate in LG updates.
Also last year G5 received nougat on november, so hopes were High for G6 too.
G6 is next...

No news, but if it happens like the G4 Last year i think that it will arrive before the end of 2016

Well there is actually but it seems that it's either left over from G4 features or stuff from v10 that we can't use.
You can access this with shortcuts.

I wish someone could figure out how to enable this and get it to work.

Unfortunately it is not up to date: I have H870DS and I am on 10c for more than a month.

Hi,
My G6 LS993 turn bricked after trying to unlock it through Z3X box; I chose the LS992 option and got stuck into recovery mode or something like that. There´s no firmware available on the list posted, so I´m wondering how to back to the normal. Any help would be very, very appreciated guys.
Regards.

very out of date, last updated in April, many new kdz's since then and no Open EU kdz shown... needs an update.

Gr8 news. Do you have H870DSU HKG?
Could you make a screenshot of “Software Info“ (see my post) and post it here, plz.
Here yuh go.

Thx. Your screenshots show neither H870dsu nor HKG phone. It's a European firmware for EU h870.
It's different story.

Same here! H870DS... :good:
hello friends, I have a small question, I got h870dsu from ksa and im thinking about flashing a kdz file hkg region, is it possible? the reason is since my oreo update im facing some issues and I think it is a firmware issue, so can I do it?
N.B. my device is sim unlocked
Getting a bit annoyed waiting for this phone to be upgraded since I just left the 2020 model (broken) for this one. 2020 has 11 but this is last on the list?
So make be feel better and tell me you've seen it.
This is ridiculous. Android 12 is coming next week.
Verizon seems to have the update. Letting anyone who cares know.
Strange that retail doesn't have it yet

I had discussions today with both Verizon and then Moto. What a runaround.
Verizon says that Moto releases the OTA. Moto says it is still waiting for vendor approval... It is a joke. And so is this phone tbh, not terribly happy.
For full disclosure, the phone is an unlocked model from BBY.
Mine is retail us from Amazon.
I do really like the phone but my own damned fault I didn't do the research for the Android version. Very disappointed in being the last phone in the rollout
I failed on my research as well, had been happy with older G phones in the past, and got sucked in by the price point. Oh well, hopefully there will be some development in this regard.
We got the new update.
Seems to be just security update (about 84MB).

alright, meow.
Won't update, doe, because I fear that the update might break my root, and by extension, the Magisk modules i've installed for the purpose of customizing my UI, meow.
Well, we do not need root for our phones, so we could update without any problem.
When we do not get security updates anymore, we (my wife and i) will buy a new phone.

Wow, so cool, you could buy new phones, and you got a wife, wow!
Most of the other people here are trying to improve their phones, be it a a cost of no further updates... Be it may sound I'm poor compared to you. :supercool smiley: :wow: : champagne icon: :dolar icon:
