Hello ive been wishing for my phone to get rooted and it failed times i already used kingroot but it says root failed... i used odin, twrp, supersu but it gave me an error
i used odin and it said something like
"Get PIT for mapping"
i just waited but it said an Error
like Complete thread something
and the odin thingy box turned to red and it said "FAIL"
Please help me i need your help

i was really sad im just a person who wanted to root so bad cause im really curious about it and i wanna hack wifii anywhere so i canplay please help

Ok guys I'm super new to this and have been searching all day. I got a Nexus S with Videotron here in Canada. It is the I9020T I made the mistake of trying to root it which brought me to the google logo loop.
I then panicked and followed the unrooting process to fix the phone: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1088494
When I ran Odin with the package supplied the Radio failed.
The phone will now boot up, however, the signal bar is grey'd out with an x which I'm assuming is because I have no radio.
I should also mention my phone is 3g and the odin package is 4g which I'm assuming is one of the reasons it did not work.
I would just like to know what to do to bring the whole thing back to stock. I have tried the bootloader recovery but it just gives me the android guy with a triangle and an exclamation point inside.
I have also tried factory reset and another odin package which just hangs.
Could someone please tell me exactly what to do as this is a work phone, and I'm in a lot of trouble if I can't fix it.
I beg you please help before work tomorrow!!

Ok I'm considered a noob so please be patient with me. I regret to say that I was trying to root my android phone which was very stupid for me to do. Now I think I bricked my phone. It gives me this error: "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Keis & try again. I tried to flash using odin. Im kind of panicking, so fast response would be great.

Had exact same issue last night. Just use odin and reflash when device displays that message.

I know there are a lot of advices how to unbrick phone from this crashing but I still need ur help guys. I have tried a lot of thing, I even left my phone whole night during flash but still nothing. This message shows up all the time. I have tried to flash my Samsung Galaxy SIII I9300 16GB. I tried a lot of thing for instance:

I got a serious issue,i don't know if someone shared before but i've been busy for a looong time so i didn't check.Shortly;I rooted,i installed cm13..ok no problem everything's fine...But after awhile it uses so much ram and battery,i decided to turn back but oops,no recovery.So i rooted again i did everything i did but no,i tried with smart switch,it says that no device is connected,used KİES,didn't help either..I used odin3 to install stock rom but it gave a RED ALERT.. I had to use Odin3 again for that serrano stuff..that help me to OPEN my mobile properly again..I tried many time but it didn't help..Does anybody know a solution?Hope this will be helpfull for others who have the same problem..Thanks in advance
