hello everybody,
The phone in question:
K-Touch w689 owns a 4-inch QHD screen with 800*480 pixel display, Quad Core 1.2GHz processor, 512MB RAM, and 4GB storage. K-Touch w689 installs Android 4.0 OS.
Problem so far i was tring to root the phone with the cherry os rooting method and i made a serious mistake with this phone
I connected it to my laptop and was on the qopst mode "power + vol -" windows asked to format a disk and stupidly i did just that formatted the drive now the phone wont turn on with or without battery and when connected to a charger/laptop usb nothing on-screen
however when connecting to usb the following happens In device manager under (COM & LPT)
Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM 3)
Is there any way i can unbrick this phone and get it to boot up and make it live again?

Pipo W3F keeps rebooting, can anyone help?

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum but I didn't find a Pipo subforum.
My Pipo W3F keeps rebooting exactly like this fellow's https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dz_qsKDAq3A
Can anyone help? Thank You.
Has no one seen any tablet reboot like this at all, so you could at least point me in some direction?
I found out some things that may help you guys to help me.
This unit is Dual Boot between Android 4.4 and Windows 8.1 and used an Intel Bay Trail processor. In the American Megatrends bios I can choose to override current default boot settings which are ( UEFI: Built in EFI Shell) to UEFI OS and then Android will boot normally with all my data. What I cannot get to boot is Windows 8.1 no matter which option I try. If your Pipo custom OS Boot manager does not load ( the screen that lets you choose between Android and Windows on startup) you are supposed to hold down the Volume Up (plus) button while booting and the boot manager will load. I've used this trick before this rebooting happened once when the boot manager did not load and it worked fine. Now this trick won't work at all. I believe perhaps somehow this boot manager or the bios function that loads it is in error. I could be wrong, just my best guess.
I even tried a copy of Windows 8.1 on USB and was able to tell the bios to load the USB from startup. My hope was that it would recreate me a Windows Boot Manager and allow me to get into Windows at least by booting through the ISO, or try to repair windows boot problems but all it does is give me a blue screen that says it ran into an error, is collecting some info and restarts only to go into this same loop. It nevers loads the ISO setup properly to even try to fix Windows boot problems.
Does this help you guys ?

Need a Toshiba AT7-a ROM

Hi
My toshiba AT7-a tab is bricked. I tried to flash it with a custom rom. (But the ROM was not for the model) I used "RKBatchtool" and "AndroidTools" for for the task. Now my tab is not booting or nothing on display. When I plug the tab in to my PC
Android tools show "One Loader device found" - in recovery mode (Vol+ and Power on)
"One mask device found" in Power on mode (Power on)
I think it is possible to upload a new ROM with "AndroidTools" to the device.
Device Detail:
Toshiba AT7-a
It came with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system.
RK3188 1.6GHz processor with ARM Mali-400 GPU
7 inch display with 1,024 x 600 pixels of screen resolution
Please anyone can help me?
Does anyone have Toshiba AT7-a original / custom/ compatible Rom?
or any other ways to fix my tab?
PLEASE Help me!!!

Unbrick Onda V701s tablet

Hi everyone!
I have an Onda V701s tablet that runs on the Allwinner A31s SOC. Specifications of this tablet can be found here: https://www.imei.info/phonedatabase/onda-v701s/
While trying to root the tablet with ADB commands, I bricked the device. When powering on the device, it is stuck on the Onda boot logo. This boot logo shows the brand logo with the text "SINCE 1989" underneath it. The device does not boot any further, no matter how long I wait.
I've tried to connect the tablet to my Windows 11 (64-bit) laptop in a special download mode using the following steps:
Power off the tablet
Press and hold volume button
Connect USB cable from the tablet to the laptop
Press the power button up to 10 times until the tablet is recognized by the laptop
These steps indeed result in a different connection between my laptop and the tablet, but I am still unable to flash the stock firmware. To do this, I've tried LiveSuit and PhoenixSuit, but both pieces of software do not recognize the tablet (no device connected).
Does anyone here have experience with flashing bricked Allwinner chipset devices?
If more information is needed to solve this issue, please let me know
