hey guys i am proud to present u another custom rom from the chinese site romzj.com
the rom features android kitkat but it shows android 4.4.3 it should be either 4.4.4 or 4.4.2
anyways the rom is based on cm and it is smooth it comes with lolipop launcher preinstalled as the deafult stock launcher it is a multilanguage rom u can change the langugae to english and it has many features like to enable disable init.d tweaks,build.prop tweaks it has active display lockscreen notification and other many more tweaks
last but not the least i have not tried the gapps myself u should try that urself the 4.4.4 or 4.4.2 gapps should work perfectly from the pranaoid android gapps site happy flashing

Im install the room with gapps from 4.4.4 and I'm still waiting for booting to make comments , waiting about 5 minutes and not booting yet, upss....boot meanwhile i was writting....triynig
Judging by how Japanese/Chinese/Korean ROMs look and behave like, I have a feeling that they are perfectionist. They change the UI completely with their own recents, status bars etc. Props to those guys, I just wish these kind of ROMs had native english support and not some broken English translation. [AOSP-based stuff like Settings, StatusBar still has native English but not the whole ROM has that support]

Actually gapps work fine.....the room is good, looks like lollipop, and has transparencies like I like....but the definition of images are bad, or I just dont like, so I just reflashed my backup

Yes this is anothrr work but i guess yo didnt know about this rom so i was jst sharing another work and i have also mentioned that the rom is from chinese website so i jst sharing my experience ...and it will be good if u mind ur language

the main prob is those roms need to re-**** by one developer to provide it with multi language+gapps.. nothink more or less as exp it seems good

and you'll be back at kitkat
So, just checking as you didn't say, is this Kitkat or the new Lollipop rom?
If anyone has gone to Lollipop there's a chance, if the bootloader was flashed,that they can't go back to 4.4.4 kitkat. It'll just result in bootloops until they reflash Lollipop...

Wow ! Finally somone has begun providing a Custom debloated ROM for 915G.
Can the OP give a list of what has been done to the original ROM i.e. softwares removed, tweaks etc... I am use to REVOLUTION style custom roms, smooth, fast, stable and tweaked for performance without being unstable. Thanks for providing this rom.
Looking forward to the develpments here.

Yes, fully understand. I guess you will start giving them version numbers as you develop your custom Lollipop ROM.
It takes time to add tweaks and test them out. But in the end, it should just get better.
I pop over to the Note 4 thread every now and then and see what tweaks they are coming up with, as there are a lot more Note 4 users than Note 4 Edge users.
I will defintely be keeping and eye out here and will install your next ROM and give it a go.

yeah i was getting sick of no development of G and a laggy phone, guess it was an incentive to put some effort in.
at least now we are open to some of the tweaks available on xda. i'm not a dev but i will try my best.
by the way anyone getting f.c with stock front facing camera.

If you need a hand testing or whatever send me a message, glad to see something for the 'g' around here. I used the zip you linked to earlier @panjaby and my phone is snappier now.
And yes, im getting fc on front camera, ive cleared the camera apps data and reset but still no good. I did dirty flash over stock lollipop so that may be the issue.

Yep, was gonna mention it if no-one else did... I did a clean install, wonder if those with no problems did a dirty flash?
Gotta scroll through all the repliesas theat was answered but just got home from work and gotta be back there in less than 8 hours...
Also found the 3 minit battery mod by micky387 doesn't work in this rom but does in stock lollipop rom...

yes got fc with front cam so reverted back to stock rooted...flashed it with cwm and right not i flashed twrp 2.8.1.1... not able to find the recovery u mentioned..if u could give me the link of twrp ur rom works with i shall install it again n see !!

Hi guys, I would like to share this rom which I found in MIUI thread. I DO NOT CLAIM any credit in anyway and I'm just sharing a link to the original thread. All explanations are there. EVERYTHING is working except camera. 3rd party camera also do not work. By far after testing, this is the near-complete version of lollipop for our device, should the camera bug is solved we will have a fully working ROM. Let's hope that day will come soon.
Note: Should you wish to try it please read the instructions carefully and of course, Please use at your own discretion

When asked to enter password, it is 5sqs The rom does not contain GAPPS. search and download 5.0.x GAPPS here in XDA. Use TWRP (recommended) for the install procedure.

Hi.. yes I couldn't agree more. Just that tiiiiiiiiny (yet might be difficult) step to take and we can say goodbye to goofy MIUI v6. No complaints whatsoever on the V5 though. LOLZ
Awesome rom!
I have flashed it with CWM Touch no problem at all right now. working smooth as said camera is not working that's fine i don't use much camera any ways so stick to it for some time. haven't checked battery backup but looks ok right now. Lets spend some more time and will be back with battery backup and any bugs.
I hope dev will fix the camera very soon after that this will be the best stable Lollipop rom for our device.

Hi nick. Do share how to fix cm12 theme problem please. For camera just wait until the dev SYHOST find a way to fix it
I just test for two days and so far everything ok except camera.
And now only hope some dev or dev syhost as soon as possible can fix camera for this great rom.
First backup everything your rom because I don't responsibility damage everything on your device.
And put google keyboard or another keyboard to your sd card.
install CM12 by Syhost yirom ( I use cwm phils, after install completed do not reboot and back to install again patch cm12 herehttps://mega.co.nz/#!QpQTyTAK!LpvyPZMoKCfnnaq_eQte15HcWt1LvaT2XaSiflSk-64
Then re root use cwm phils ( without supersu or do not install supersu from anywhere ) n reboot.

Got it working now. Reflashed the rom and everything's fine. I'm on A7000-a+, so I needed to patch the modem since my sim cards were not recognized initially.
Superb Rom! Loving it so far.

I just want to preserve data across the ROMs.....

Titanium backup unable to detect root.
my cpu went up to 45 degrees Celsius watching youtube.
Surprisingly nobody mentioned this rom overheats easily, but I guess for the high performance it provides, overheating is the trade off.
Will not be using this rom for the overheating issue.
Latest version is like a bliss. Battery life is good. Gaming performance is also good. really recommend it. Please continue the development.Thank You Dev

uim using this rom for 5hrs now so far no major bugs,only samsung notes,music but for me no problem..i will.post sooner about my battery consumption..thank you

Is there any echo in volte call?? coz all other custom rom of j7p has this bug and there was no fix for this bug. if no echo bug then going to flash it right now, someone who is using this rom pls confirm

yes sir ive been using this rom almost two days and no echo on call not like enigma,aryamod.

That it has no echo problem!!
But,Sorry to say that you should not expect the cool features like Rom control etc.
But I am trying to make it better.

I really don"t want or expect too much of cool features, simple, stable and bugfree is good for me And are you sure there is no bug in volte call coz echo problem is in volte call normal call works fine?? don't get me wrong just reconfirming:fingers-crossed: coz currently i am on stock rom and flashing a custom rom then backup data all this things takes a lot of time wish it would be as simple as ota update one day and one more thing does this rom have multi window feature

No multiwindow it's a simple Rom.
Volte works Fine!
No echo.
There are some minor bugs still you can use it as your daily Rom.
I will be giving some more bug fixes soon.
Can we use exposed on this it tells me I can't link
