Hi Guru's,
I got a Mio Touchpad 7 tablet, but within the stock rom there is malware installed.
After a hard reset the malware comes back after a couple of days. I have reset the tablet a couple of times now.
Therefore I look for a new rom, but does not know which rom I can flash on the tablet.
According to the information from the bios, I am dealing with:
ro.sys.cputype=QuadCore-A33
ro.boot.hardware=sun8i
ro.fota.oem=iNetA33_5.1
ro.fota.device=Mio Touchpad 7 Quad Core
ro.fota.version=A33_U70_U708HC_1511235_20160820
ro.fota.platform=AW_A33_5.1
ro.inet.board.name=U70
ro.inet.model=U708HC
ro.board.platform=astar
ro.build.fingerprint=Allwinner/astar_inet/astar-inet:5.1.1/LMY47V/20160820 ....
ro.product.name=astar_inet
ro.product.board=exdroid
ro.product.brand=allwinner
ro.product.model=Mio Touchpad 7 Quad Core
ro.product.device=astar-inet
ro.product.firmware=v3.3rc5
ro.product.manufacturer=Allwinner
ro.hardware=sun8i
Please help me to locate the right ROM and procedure to flash is.
Thanks in advance.
Rode
Is there anyone who can help me?
Thanks in advance.

And a ROM extraction tool?

Hey I have a ViewSonic VPAD10 that I picked up from a friend. It seems to have dual boot for Windows 7 and Android 1.7 i think.
Is there a way to install Android on the NAND, for example Honeycomb?
Also, does the ViewSonic ViewPad 7 applies to the VPAD10....for example the ROMS available?

Assumed you've search but missed the response, you would've learned to NOT do it but you could still try your luck & ask the folks at the Viewsonic 10" Tab sub-forum for what you wanted to believe in.
See post #41 -

It will brick your device & turn it to a paper weight ....

Hello guys this is my first post to the XDA. I badly need a help. I have accidentally erased all the data of my Tablet by CWM mounting every folder which can be mounted by cwm. I do not have any backup also. I would be greatfull to you if anyone can provide me the stock rom of Archos 80 xenon.
Note 1: Do not give a rom which is need to be updated by adb. Because I do not have the os in the tablet
Note 2: I won't mind if you can provide me a custom rom which can be installed via CWM. In fact it would be very nice if anyone comes up with the 4.2 or any higher version of rom for the Archos Xenon 80.
Last but not the least anyone having the rom reading this post please help.

Sorry for my English , I used google translator
The other night I was doing some cleaning on the new tablet , backup and removal ( with Titanium) of the pre-installed app that does not use , now I'm going to remove memory and also the app for the DLNA server, I realized then that I had not deleted, even if frozen gave no problems .
Reboot the tablet and the screen remains stationary Archos, (locked, does not turn off ) I press the reset , it restarts but always stops at the same point .
Start by pressing volume + and I access the recovery ( standard) do a wipe data + cache , restart, but nothing changes .
Ok , I need the original firmware to flash through recovery (it is the only thing that works ) , I go on the site but there is no trace , I try on xda could not find anything in the end I try and I try a lot of patience with google , it was not easy but in the end I found the original stock firmware . I copy it on the microSD and through the recovery I can flash it , hooray ! : D
For lovers of the risk and all the geeks , here are the files of salvation, the original stock firmware dell'Archos 80 Xenon[/URL], make good use

Unzip the zip file. Run the setup.exe to install the Pad Product Tool (the flash tool!) There's a PDF file in the zip. Read it and follow the instructions step by step. It is very simple!

These Denver tablets are like 200 years old! Toss it in the trash and get yourself a proper tablet. It's not worth the effort. The manufacturer no longer longer supports these antiques, and has not supported them for years. Their website doesn't even provide the stock ROMs anymore.

Thanks for the answer. Sadly, my client tried to root the tablet and it just hangs on DENVER logo. Any solution ? Custom / Official

I thought I did give you an answer. These Denver firmware are not published anywhere. You'd have to find some private individual who happened to have downloaded and saved the stock firmware for the equivalent tablet. It may be out there, but it would be like finding a needle in a haystack.
Tell your client he's unfortunately paid the price for trying to root a device WITHOUT FIRST BACKING UP THE STOCK FIRMWARE. The tablet is toast! Believe me, it happens to the best of us. Just learn the lesson and move on.
Buy a new tablet. It will be 1000 times better than what he had. But make sure he has the stock ROM before he starts to mess with it.

I always get free firmwares by contacting the Denver manufacturer. All they need is the serial number of the tablet and that's all, they send you firmware no matter if your tablet is discontinued or not.
I uploaded most of firmwares at androidiflehost. I'll soon share more firmwares.

What I understood is that you want a stable ROM, no? I don't have this device but, if you're a newbie, please use the stock ROM which is most stable. There are a lot of new brands which doesn't have developers' support. Just make sure to always flash the right ROM for your device and you won't get any broken features. Shortly, wipe data and flash stock ROM.
P.S. From my experience: never try to flash a ROM that is made for another device.
thank you

Sorry but I'm not owning this device.
Yeah, I too am trying to root this device ... and I did the search on what you had which produces nothing. Any other help would be appreciated.
Hi, I bricked my A33 Quad Core tablet. I was able to root the tablet by kingo Root app, and then on one Russian site I found twrp for A33 and I tried to flash it with the flashify and my tablet got bricked. Since then I was not able to back on the firmware which came in with the tablet.
I used phoenix suit to flash a rom. I am using a rom which is about as good as original was the only problem is that it does not rotate, Just in one form.
I am looking for the right firmware, if anyone can help or if I can fix this issue by installing some application.
I have attached the picture of my original recovery and the picture of my board.
I accidently found out, if you hold your volume up button and then also press the power button for 10 sec and then leave vol+up and power button simultaneously, your tablet will boot in recovery mode. Works for me.
