Hi, it would be possible TWRP for ULEFONE S8 PRO, this phone comes with a Trojan in the sound recorder, and is installed in the system part, so if I do not root or install TWRP I can not delete it. If any developer can help us and give us some solution ... I sent several emails to ULEFONE and they do not answer. The Trojan was detected by ESET NOD 32 MOBILE.
Thank you
up! All the tutorial have wrong TWROP too that make the item reboot only to TWRP
root ok
well, after two days trying, root made.
1- flash official rom with sp flash tool and rom downloaded from ulefone.com/download/s8pro.html (do not use flasher from this web, use sp flash tool)
2- download ulefone s8 pro toolkit, put phone in fastboot mode (power+vol up), select fastboot
3- download super su last version from official chainfire web, copy supersu file and noverity.zip from file downloaded in point 2 into an sd card and put into phone.
4- execute ulefone s8 pro toolkit.exe, option 41, connect phone. phone prompt if wish unlock bootloader, vol up for yes. phone reboot into twrp
5- in twrp, first go into wipe-advanced wipe-select data-repair or change file system-change file system->first change to exFAT, second change to EXT4 (the original part type)
6- install from sdcard, first supersu, second noverity.zip
7- reboot
thats all!

Can you link the s8 pro toolkit (even in private message) since the one I have just bootloop TWRP and doesn't allow me to do something...thank you!
Another way to root, but no TWRP is to patch the boot.ini extracted by the firmware zip , patch it with magisk manager and replace the original one with the patched one via ADB.Then you can update magisk by magisk tool everytime, the phone won't brick, just no ways to update....
thank you !

Hi folks!
I hope somebody can help me out with downgrade issue on my redmi note 2. I succesfully upgraded my phone to stable 7.0.7 MIUI from Miui 66.77.33. but found problems regarding traanslation and etc...
I can't downgrade the phone back to 66.77.33 version, tried using installed "mi recovery", adb tools, fastboot, mi-flash, and even tried SP flash tool.
I can't Root the phone. tried i think every single instructions on forums and still i can't get to install twrp and supersu.
Sp flash tool keeps disconnecting so that's not possible (with the right drivers installed), otherwise it would be easy to do it. I can't find the stable fastboot rom to use mi flash.
Phone boots back to Miui 7, or gives me driver signature failed, update.zip not working.
It only worked one time when upgrading to miui 7.
I would like to install 66.77.33. or Hermes global Miui 7, but whatever i do i can't get it to work.
Can somebody please isntruct me how to do downgrade. (on youtube and other foums it looks easy but all those are not working for me, don't know where is the problem)
Is it possible that new stable miui 7 has some kind of protection...
Try downgrade by fastboot

Flashed cn dev rom, then installed flashify, used it to flash twrp.img. dev rom already rooted. Then you can downgraded to any rom you like. If you ate going to flash stable rom by twrp, after flashed the stable rom, straight go to flashed superSU, now you reboot your phone with the stable rom with root by superSU. Hope it help.

This method no need to used pc.
1) downloaded china dev rom: http://en.miui.com/extra.php?mod=rom/download&r=274&mobile=no or choose the older version, saved it to your internal sd card/phone storage and renamed it to update.zip. boot into mi recovery and flashed it. Once completed. Your phone will be rooted.
2) extract this: twrp287RM note2_update.zip to a folder, inside you will have twrp.img, copy this to the external sd card or phone statage. Run flashify(play store) and granted root permission in security application. Run flashify to flash recovery img which was twrp.img just mention above. Then you will have twrp recovery.
3) boot up system and used any file explorer with root access like root explorer. Then go to system folder to rename recovery-from-boot.p to recovery-from-boot.bak else upon reboot your recovery will changed back to mi recovery.
4) Run sdFix(play store) and reboot which enabled to write to sd card.
5) if you preferred stable rom, you can used twrp to flash it and remember also flashed UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46.zip which can be downloaded from chainfire site. This will ensure your stable rom with root.
China dev rom without google application, you can downloaded through flashify, I was using this: gapps-lp-20141109-signed-5.0.zip and flashed by twrp.
You can also flashed xiaomi.eu multi languaged rom from here: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=40163
Sorry for my bad English and I hope this will solved your problem.

Followed every single thing you wrote me, but it keeps entering Mi recovery and not twrp. It seems like mission impossible.
Ok! I would like to thank you for all your effort guiding me. Unfortunately i couldn.t do it. But managed to install multi lang rom from Hermes.
This is what i did. I often find that people don't write solution to their problems so i will write it now for naybody who needs help.
1. Downloaded fastboot ROM hermes_images_V6.7.11.0.LHMCNCH_20150826.0000.7_5.0_cn_13ba732702
2.. Enter into fastboot mode (hold Volume-down button and press Power button), when logo appears immediately release power button and it will show fastboot.
3. Download Miflash tool http://en.miui.com/a-234.html and open Miflash
4. Press browse and navigate to a folder where hermes_images_V6.7.11.0.LHMCNCH_20150826.0000.7_5.0_cn_13ba732702 is.
5. Press F5 to refresh, after refresh it should show under device some kind of numbers which represent your phone.
6. Tick "Flash all" (don't forget you will get error if your folder anywhere has spaces between words. It has to be like this "stockrom" not "stock rom".
7. Press Flash, when complete, reboot your phone
8. Download WinDroid Universal Android Toolkit v2.5
9. Download xiaomi.eu_multi_hermes_V7.0.6.0.LHMCNCI_v7-5.0
10. Follow windroid Universal toolkit (first flash twrp and then supersu) Phone has to be connected.
11. When flashing new multi lang rom, while phone is connected press Sideload ZIP and navigate to a folder where you saved new ROM.
12. Follow directions and that's it.
13. When finished, the phone will boot and you will see a small line on the bottom progressing. Wiat till completed and voila you have new multi lang stable ROM downgraded/upgraded from Chinese only Miui.
14. Don't worry if phone (touch screen) gets stuck while flashing new ROM via sideload. Wait till finished and you can pull out battery and then boot.
Thanks Timberwolf 60
Flashed twrp.img again by flashify, then you will be good

Hi luky_zd!
1. First thing you need to do is download fastboot ROM from my previous post (1). That "hermes_images_V6.7.11.0.LHMCNCH_20150826.0000.7_5. 0_cn_13ba732702". This file you will use with Miflash to downgrade to Miui 6. (Miui 7 obviously has a problem entering and installing TWRP, i don't know why). But once you downgrade to Miui 6 you will have no problem installing TWRP.
2. Once you download fastboot ROM, enter fastboot mode on your Redmi Note 2 (press volume down button and then Power button, When your phone vibrates release power button and you will enter into fastboot mode. You will see a little guy with hat on and it will write on Redmi note 2 screen fastboot.
3. Connect your phone via usb to PC.
4. Run Miflash tool, in some cases it's Miphone but it is the same thing (follow links on my post).
5. In Miflash click "browse" and navigate where you saved "hermes_images_V6.7.11.0.LHMCNCH_20150826.0000.7_5. 0_cn_13ba732702" fastbbot ROM. Be carefull not to have spaces in folder.Example if you saved fastboot rom into "New folder", rename it to Newfolder. Folder Must not have spaces between words, otherwise Miflash will give you error.
6. When you pointed to correct folder, press F5 to refresh Miflash and then it will show your phone (they will be somekind of numbers, but that is your phone.
7. In Miflash select radio button "Flash all" and click Flash. It will flash Miui v.6 to your phone and when finished you have downgraded your phone to Miui 6 from Miui 7.
Next steps are for flashing TWRP and supersu.
1. Power up your phone
2. Connect phone via usb to pc.
3. Start Windroid Universal Android Toolkit (i used v2.5.)
4. If connected ok, it will read "Online" (if not Choose Xiaomi and all the way to the bottom is Redmi Note 2)
5. While your phone is still powered on, click on "Flash TWRP" and follow instructions. Just press Ok.
6. When in TWRP (you don't have to check anything just "swipe to install". It will reboot the phone back to normal state. After that is finished then in Windroid choose Flash Supersu.
7. When that is done, your phone is rooted. When in TWRP Supersu is located in (i forgot now but either in install or advanced menu)
8. And after that when you boot back to phone next step is
9. in Windroid click "Commands" and then "Sideload ZIP" and you will enter into TWRP mode again and just navigate where you saved xiaomi.eu_multi_hermes_V7.0.6.0.LHMCNCI_v7-5.0. Twrp will do the rest. When its finished just reboot your phone and that's it.
10. Don't worry if your screen locks while flashing sideload zip (mine did also). When it's finished just take the battery out (but only when finished) and power your phone and that's it.
11. Your phone has multilanguage miui v.7.0.6.
stomas30 thank you very much for all your effort and infos!! i downloaded all from list above and in couple of days i will try that.
once again thank you
thanks people!!!!!

While you run windroid, goto setting to selected redmi note 2. Also need to enable usb debugging in dev option. This was the easier method to root the phone. Before using windroid, in order to get root, I will flashed a china dev rom, then used flashify to flash twrp(2.8.6). img. With twrp to flash any global rom and flashed superSU to gain root.

Did you know that devices has build in recovery menu?!
It can only backup some user data for you
You can get into by pressing POWER and Volume+ for a few sec. while turned of tile boot.
Hold Volume + and press Power again.
***Do not press Volume down, it is "enter" in first recovery screen you maybe start fastboot or normal
***Volume + is for navigate in first recovery screen
Do not flash other super user as in thread... i did and had a heavy bootloop (;
hello
i cooked my 1st rom for a Cubot like this https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1801690.
Then i flashed it with the recovery. As installation stoped i got a message: "no os installed do you realy like to reboot?!"
So i cancel process to restore systemfiles which i backed up befor. *
But now all system app are gone and recover them with Titanium backup doesn´t work well. I also got those files from stock image and maybe most by another backup by root explorer. What to do right now?
Try to install my rom again? Via fastboot? Or flashing a clean stockrom i don´t know.
I´m uploading Cheetah 2 rom i cooked since hours, it is ~2gb
Maybe someone can look into it
My pc is to slow to run a emulator to test it. That´s why i try flashing befor posting download link dang

Any other?
Do you use same firmware as me? That very importat!
What doesn´t work for you?
Are you in develop mode, enable debugging or connected as android bridge?
I flashed today TWRP to another Cheetah 2! But this super user installation blow my mind and device!!! Installed chainfire (2.52) as in linked thread made my phone hang on cubot bootlogo. Then i downloaded SR2-SuperSU-v2.79-SR2-20170103215521.zip and i pass the boot but now all system apps are gone again! Recovered it with my TWRP backup.
Thinking about retry 2.72 SuperSu which maybe was reason of bootloop on 1st cubot rooting :fingers-crossed:
Keep in mind to backup your whole system if you enter TWRP 1st time, befor installing SuperSu. Suggesting befor install TWRP make backup with stock recovery!
Maybe a video i made on that 2nd rooting procedure is helpful to you?

I´m pretty sure boot into recovery is same as on Cheetah 2. I also believe you still not unlocked bootloader!
I Installed twrp, but it doesn't work. a) you did not Touch doesn't work. b) bootloader and stock recovery navigation via hardwarebutton TWRP via Touch

Do a websearch: "unlock bootloader adb" example
It is basicly same step as in ultimate MT6753 thread url = see me 1st reply
You just need fastboot.exe and your Cheetah running as adb device to install TWRP.
Make sure you got it installed Cheetah via ADB driver not as MTP device or else!
TWRP is same on cheetah 1 & 2 not 100% sure, maybe ask megathebest .
Alternative method:
adb.exe to unlock and
Sp flashtool with vCOM-driver installed
https://androidmtk.com/flash-stock-rom-using-smart-phone-flash-tool
https://androidmtk.com/install-android-cdc-driver-manually
Some links for you but you don´t need those files at the moment:

Another method to install TWRP is via update.zip but if you have to unlock oem via adb (minimal adb fastboot.exe) why manuel flash it.
How:
Rename twrp.zip to XXX-stock-rom name-XXX.zip place it at you internal memory boot into fastboot by power and volume button.
Ya, there are loads of tutorial on the internet about TWRP 3.1.1 For Cheetah 2 which means root is possible for the device running the latest Android OS.
Here is a guide which has shared the latest TWRP 3.1.1 with rooting guide

Hi everyone,
This is what I have done to root my Teclast T8 with Magisk (based on this chineese forum: http://tieba.baidu.com/p/5449087481)
1-First download the official firmware from Needrom.com (You need to register): https://www.needrom.com/download/teclast-t8-e8c1/
2-Go to the Firmware folder and copy the “boot.img” file to the root directory of your tablet
3-Download and install MagiskManager on the tablet, click on Install, then choose to patch the boot image file. Choose the boot.img you’ve just uploaded to your tablet and it will start to automatically patch it.
Then go into the File Manager and go to the MagiskManager folder and find the “patch_boot.img“ and copy it to the root directory (without copying it to the root directory, you can not find the file from your pc…), then sends the file from the tablet to your computer.
4-For me the method with SP Flash Tool don’t work, because it says the scatter file is wrong (don’t know why…)
So i have to do it with adb and unlock the bootloader first:
-connect the tablet to pc, (first you have to enable OEM unlocking and USB debugging in Developer options)
-reboot the tablet in fastboot mode, hold buttons “power+Vol +” at startup, choose fastboot mode with Vol+ button, valid with Vol-
- open a command prompt in adb folder, then “fastboot devices”, then “fastboot oem unlock”, it should say “OKAY, finished”
Your bootloader is now unlock.
-then copy the “patched_boot.img” in the adb folder and tap in command prompt “fastboot flash boot patched_boot.img”, then “fastboot reboot”.
Your tablet should be rooted.
I think you can relock bootloader after... don't try yet.
PS: This is my first thread, so be indulgent ?
Don’t ask me technical questions because I am not a developer , just a simple user …
Hope this will help.
If someone find a way to find and flash a TWRP or how to install Xposed, please tell me, thx.
Rooted using same method but SP Flash Tools worked in my tablet.
Waiting for a TWRP ....
Yes, can confirm that method works for root.
Also tried the T10 TWRP and it's not working on the T8, just a black screen.
Don't need TWRP yet, some bugs in the ROM are more annoying than that

Hi! I haven't used in built update app so I'll try to explain how to update using flashtool. Follow the steps with your device disconnected from the pc and take into account your files will be erased.
First of all, I recommend you to install ADB and fastboot drivers: 15 seconds ADB Installer
As OP said download the rom from NeedRom and unzip it: You will have three folders:
升级工具, which contains flashtool
固件程序, with the rom
驱动程序, with the drivers
Rename all of them as flashtool, rom and drivers, for example. If you don't, you may have troubles launching flashtool or loading the scatter file.
Launch flashtool as administrator (升级程序, you could rename it too), if you get the message "The scatter file cannot found, please make sure the file exist before download" ignore it. In flashtool make sure MTK_AllInOne_DA.bin is selected as Download-Agent and select the scatter file inside rom folder as Scatter-loading file. Choose firmware upgrade from the list and click the Download button (the one with the green arrow).
Finally, switch off your device and connect it to your pc. Flashtool should do the rest, wait untill "Download Ok" message is displayed. Close flashtool, disconnect your device and switch it on.
IF your computer doesn't load needed drivers automatically, flashtool won't start the process as expected. You will need to open device manager on windows, right click on your device - update driver - choose manually - browse "inf" folder inside drivers folder (choose x86 or x64 according to your OS).
Hope it works! Good luck.

Hi Polo19!
Thanks for your post, I rooted my tablet following it! But since I encountered some issues in the process I wanted to share my experience.
IMPORTANT: For a few hours I thought I hard bricked my device, so I hope I could help somebody.
When patching boot.img with MagiskManager IF the app automatically tics "Keep force encryption" choose "Keep dm-verify" aswell!
I don't know why but this was the only way to make it work on my device, I kept getting a encryption error after flashing the patched boot.img, despite the fact that I have never encrypted my device.
After getting that error I tried to flash the clean rom again, but flashtool gave an error and the tablet completely died! Well, it seemed so.
It's pretty stupid but the only way to make it work again was pushing the reset button on the top right corner of the tablet for a few seconds and flashing the rom again.
About Magisk: use the OFFICIAL MAGISK XDA THREAD to download it, as https://magiskmanager.com/ is NOT the official website.
In step 3, I couldn't find the patched_boot.img file even after moving it to the root directory. So I had to (let the patched_boot.img file in the default directory):
Install ADB drivers in the computer: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2588979
Enable USB debugging in developer options in the tablet, connect it to the computer and accept the connection.
Open command prompt / powershell: "shift + right click" wherever you want to copy the patched_boot.img and open cmd or power shell.
Run the command:
Code:
adb pull /sdcard/MagiskManager/patched_boot.img
In step 4: you won't encounter that problem if you rename downloaded folders and get rid of chinese characters. Simply open flashtool, choose the scatter file, untick all options except boot and change the default boot.img with the patched one (I renamed it to boot.img, I don't know if it's necessary)
Xposed: you can install xposed using MagiskManager.
Install Xposed Installer for Magisk, go to download tab in MagiskManager and install Xposed SDK24 (for android 7.0) and reboot

What is the rom that was working this WA??
Thanks!
I just did this to a tablet that had OTA'd the 1.10 - using the 1.10's downloaded boot and latest Magisk Manager 5.5.4 / Magisk 15.3 beta
OEM Unlock, patching boot image and patched boot image flashing worked
BUT - the included Magisk Manager does not launch after installing upon reboot...
HOWEVER - V5.5.3 of the manager did work.
$ adb -s 0123456789ABCDEF install MagiskManager-v5.5.3.apk
Success
$ adb -s 0123456789ABCDEF shell
t8_e8c1:/ $ su
t8_e8c1:/ #
Notes
1. Tablet is wiped
2. Boot delay of 5 seconds is added with "can't be trusted" warning in white text
3. Fails safetynet
Letting MagiskManager update itself to 554 also worked - so I think my method of just installing the apk from the Magisk zip's common folder was wrong.

Hi,
My T8 arrived yesterday and I've used OTA to update to 1.10.
Is the sptools method working with 1.10 or do I need to use this process?
Also where to the numbers 0123456789ABCDEF come from in the instructions I've quoted?
Thank is advance
i have the ota 1.10 update and the rooting was successful. magisk and xposed working flawlessly.
another point:
i have closed the bootloader after flashing the patched boot.img with "fastboot oem lock".
the device boot up is faster and the warning "...5 seconds" is gone.
now, i wait for twrp.
You dont need to unlock bootloader.
Just flash patched_boot with flash tool.

The suggested worked for me. I will also mention that you must be connected to the internet to patch the boot.img file with magisk manager (otherwise, the option will not be presented in the magisk manager GUI).
Were there made any changes for the fingerprint? Soimebody mentioned, it isn´t that good. Maybe the last updates change something...
Hi everyone
I have been trying to root my cubot rainbow with no success, I have trier every way possible on which I will list.
King root - apk and PC version
Kingo root - apk and PC version
Iroot - apk and PC version
Towel root - didn't Evan let me open this app
Root genius - apk and PC version
Then I tried custom recovery, I got the tools of needrom and I got to it I did everything right I -
Unlocked my boot loader (I think) as once I accepted to unlock it there was no way to check if it actually was unlocked because everytime I did "fastboot OEM device-info" it returned something like "Failed(no controller)" < something like this anyway so with me not really knowing if IRA unlocked or not I went onto the next step.
With the scatter file and recovery.IMG to hand I opened up sp flash tools and then tried to flash the recovery. It then told me everything went okay and it was done. But when I boot to recovery it's still at stock.
I then tryed flashing with fastboot and same thing happens it tells me its all okay but its actually still stock
This leads to is my bootloader acc unlocked then? (I did try multiple times and uninstalled and reinstalled drivers)
So anyway is there any way to root my phone?
Instruction here http://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=741031&st=1000#entry54800941
but on russian
Thank you for your reply I have had a look and from what I can understand it looks positive, but.... I can't find the instructions or translate them properly for the actually rooting
Here google translate of first post, bold below it is what you need:
1. Fully comply with the instructions for the firmware of custom recovery
2. Download and put in the root of the SD card archive SuperSU
3. Turn off the smartphone, hold down the + volume and power buttons simultaneously, select "Recovery Mode"
4. Select "Installation" and select the previously downloaded archive.
5. Reboot the phone.
After enabling, Root-rights and SuperSU will appear.

Hi,
I'm trying to root the tablet. Unfortunately so far without success. I have tried several rooting tools (Desktop and Tablet App).
What promised most success is Magisk. It is also known that it works with Android 9. I copied the bootimage on the tablet from the stock-ROM, patched the image with the latest Magisk-APP (7.5.1) (Magisk 20.3 (20300)). Then back to the PC, and with fastboot written to the boot partition. After unlock the partition, this was possible. After a restart, however, the tablet will remain on the boot logo. Original stock-ROM on it again, tablet runs again (no boot loop).
Then I looked at the image sizes. The original is 16,385 kB. However, the patched Magisk file is only 7,148 kB. That can't really be, can it?
Does anyone have an idea of what this can be, or what I'm wrong about?
Thank you for your help.

Seems like Magisk Manager is not able to patch the boot.img properly.
The size of patched image is never lesser than the original boot image.
Try patching your boot image using an older version of Magisk Manager.

Thank you Augustoandro, but unfortunately I can't use an older version. Since I want to run my device with magic, I only have to install the apk. If I take an older one here, I will only get to the patch buttons when the app is updated.
So this proposal does not help.
Perhaps it is also because the 7305F does not seem to have the partitions set up as usual. If I want to make a BackUp using the tool "MTKdroidTools 2.5.3" (screenshot), it means that the partition structure does not fit and no backup is possible. A root with the tool is also not possible.
Is there another idea?

Thank you for your reply. Sorry for not being clear here: I get "Magisk is not installed" info in magisk manager after flashing the magisk patched boot img in fastboot mode.
I have found the way to install MAGISK. You have to install MAGISK to the recovery.img. Then start in Recovery-mode and the system will boot to the normal System with installed MAGISK. Works perfect to me.
Some more information. There is an update named TB-7305F_100049_200508_ROW. After you have update to this release, you haven't MAGISK installed and you are not able to reinstall MAGISK. Also, when you get the original recovery from the version it is not possible. As well, I have tested to use the working recovery from the prerelease with the newest release, this also don't possible. For me the only working release is the TB-7305F_100043_200223.
If someone flash a later version that woks, please let know here!

Yes, recovery is the way to go. I have figured it after reading this:
topjohnwu - install.html#boot-image-patching
As I have X model, TB-7305X_S100043_200224_ROW and TB_7305X_S100062_200610_ROW was the ROM that worked. Cool thing is that you can get roms from lenovo with "Rescue and smart assistant" app.
The trick that makes magisk rooted all the time is to choose 'reset phone' after rooting. This would cause the tablet to start with root each time.

What do you mean with reset? When MAGISK is in recovery, the only way to start is in the recovery-mode. Then you have ever MAGISK working when it is installed!?!
Today I have seen, that there is a new version for the "F" model. TB_7305F_S100055_200703_ROW. I will test and report!
How do I pull the Recovery.img from this tablet in the first place? Please help. Thanks.
Hi. I am trying to manage root without twrp for a couple of days. I picked up the solution with recovery.
I've tried to flash root to recovery with magisk patched recovery.img via fastboot. But the .img size is to large (is texted in fastboot). By the way i was curious after magisk patching cause the patched .img file has the same size as the original .img file. I downloaded twrp port tool and ported recovery.img and got a recovery.img with a smaller size so i was able to flash it via fastboot. Fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Fastboot reboot.
Device is booting to Lenovo splash screen with the warning that the device is unlocked and boot in 5s. Could wait forever. After 2min pushed vol+, Lenovo Banner starts to flip and it booted to system.
But no root.
Reboot.
Boot with key combo
Hold Vol+ and power, released as lenovo splash with the warning appears. Nothing happend.
Pushed vol+. Nothing happened. It stuck at splash.
After that i could not boot the device with power key anymore. It stays at splash every time i rebooted.I had to reboot to recovery and do rebooting to system from recovery.
From bootloader i was able to boot to system also.
I like to flash magisk patched boot.img via fastboot but magisk doesn't make the .img file smaller.
I tried with sp flash tool but after patching the img is not signed anymore soflash tool doesn't flash it.
So that is my state for now.

Hi all,
I want to remove all of the google apps from my tablet 7305F in a bid to save ram, adb does most of the trick. can even uninstall play store, but the google play services com.google.android.gms is very hard to disable, keeps popping a "play services has stopped" message frequently.
till now I was able to free upto 50 % ram using this trick only its annoying that the play services message keeps popping.

.....Install twrp and root rights, it's not difficult. You can then do whatever is needed
I rooted my Lenovo M7 (TB-7305X) the folling way
On a PC Get and Install LMSA "Lenovo Rescue and Smart Assistan"
* Using LMSA do a recovery, this way you are sure you have al the drivers working and that you have a correct rom
On the Tabled enabled developer mode
* enable remote debugging
* enable oem unlocking
Unlock the bootloader using fastboot
(you will find adb and fastboot in the location where LMSA was installed)
P.S. this will erase of data on your tablet
* adb reboot-bootloader
* fastboot flashing unlock
* fastboot reboot
PS tablet well be in orange state (because the bootloader is unlocked)
* android boots
On the tablet create a rooted boot.img using magisk
* download and install the latest magisk.apk
* look for boot.img (boot.img_verified) the ROW downloaded by LMSA (some where in c:\programdata)
* uplad the boot.img to the tablet
* start magisk and patch the boot.img file
* download the patched boot.img
On the PC start MTK_Flash tool
P.S. this will erase of data on your tablet
* open the download tab
* the download agent should be set by default (MTK_AllInOne_DA.bin)
* select the scater file (from the LMSA rom directory)
* deselct all files except BOOTIMG

Whenever you want to use it in rooted mode you have to switch to recovery mode

Hi,
I would like to root my Lenovo TB-7305F as well. The file I have leased from Magisk generates "size is too large" in fastboot. This problem has been written by others. I have compared the original filesize and the patched filesize. They are identical. Exactly to the byte. I did it exactly as greenbul describes. However, he uses the 7305X and I use the 7305F.
Also the SP tool cannot upload this patched file.
I have the 1GB 7305F model.
Do you have any idea?
Many thanks
Andreas
