Hi All,
I am from India and bought Redmi 4 MTK from China. Last month I flashed custom ROM on it and one day one of the SIM card stopped working and no longer detected.
I tried couple of methods suggested on this forum, but none of the methods worked for me in this case. I looking for few more suggestions on my problem.
Methods I tried:
- Flashing Stock ROM with SP Tools.
- Upgrading stock ROM to latest MIUI 9
- Restoring IMEI with MauiMETA.
I am attaching few screenshots of the Phone Info 1 Slot. I tried setting up the Network type, but that didn't worked either. I'll highly appreciate if somebody could help me out with this problem.

Hi,
I am Using Micromax Canvas Music...(A88)
My Phone was rooted and one day some of my system apps got deleted due to a mistake.
My phone was rooted using kingo root and was using stock rom that come with the phone by the manufacturer.
After the deletion of apps i lost all services related to SIM have been lost....that includes (SIM management, Calling Facility, Messaging, Mobile Data)
Then i tried to flash a stock rom of my phone that i downloaded from here..

I used Sp flash tool...
But still the problem was there...
Then I tried a Custom Rom From Here:

I used MIUI V5 4.4.7 (Android 4.2.2) and applied patch for my phone...
But still i have the problem...no signal...sim management...calling facility...mobile data....

I'm not logging every flash file ( test point )
I flashed those roms
But he's back on the recovery :crying:

I installed twrp
I made a full data wipe, but it givee errors
I tried to install no-verity-opt-encrypt-6.1.zip but got error also
finally i installed magisk, with no errors
Root checker says that root is ok.
Sometimes phone reboot for nl reason
Do i need to redo the entire operations ? And how to avoid these errors (i tried 3 times with same result)

You have erased/deleted your Boot partition. No need to worry tho. You will need to flash the stock rom or boot image using a computer. There are many tutorials out there for that.

P.S. the device is different but the brand and problem are same, so you should have no problem.

I had previously unlocked my device but later decided to flash stock Rom and lock it. Now I want to unlock my device, but I have been getting the error as stated above.
I have tried the following Mi Unlock Tool versions:-
1) 6.5.406.31
2) 2.3.803.10
3) 6.5.224.28

Exactly the same for me...waited 143 hours to be greeted by that message.
I had unlocked my F1 years ago and never relocked it but recently while going through the unlock process for a newly bought Redmi Note 10 Pro found that even having a VPN connection active would result in an error amongst several others.
Then What you do to it? I am also facing the same problem
