Hey
Have Toxic Rom installed but don't think this is a Rom issue.
Am using GO SMS and on occasion I get the following message
The application Messaging(process.com.android.mms) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again
Force close
Tried re installing and no joy is there any solution to stop this ?
Hi,
This is my first thread on the matter of removing an application called "Google Play Movies." I currently have the following rom installed "Booster Shot RC2" and the problem with it is this app continues to cause a Force Close on this problem as shown in the image below. So the app does not work and force closes.

Just use titanium back up or root explorer. Or try to fix permission with Rom manager
Alright, so I'm having a few problems. I am using ARHD 30.0, and went to install Nova Launcher and Nova Launcher Prime. Nova Launcher installed fine, but Prime did not. I then tried to install XDA Premium, but it failed also. Both of the paid apps fail with the error "Couldn't install to SD Card, or internal storage." Or something like that.
For the System UI Crash, I used Sense 5 Toolbox to change the app switcher to AOSP Style, and now, after closing all apps, it says System UI has crashed. Oh, and it also says the gapps process has stopped whenever I boot. What is wrong with my phone?
I have a Nexus 6p with the latest Pure Nexus 7.1.1 ROM installed with Open GApps from 1/11 and whenever I try to open the Contacts app it force closes saying "com.google.android.contacts.GoogleContactsApplication has stopped." I had a Substratum theme installed but I removed it trying to troubleshoot this issue, but that didn't help. If I try to update the Contacts app via the Play Store it downloads but then doesn't install (no error, it just doesn't doesn't install).
Anyone have any ideas? I'm stumped and I don't particularly feel like doing a factory reset since I'm not even sure if it will resolve the issue. Thanks!
With the latest 4.39 update, we’ll get lost of new features and improvements, including an updated home screen animations, app drawer animations, and removed icon support. Now, new POCO Launcher cannot be installed on other phones like old versions. These update only for our POCO devices.

New POCO Launcher has MIUI Launcher app start and close animations.
Icon pack support is removed. You have to use Themes app to change icons.
Horizontal recent apps menu
Added animation speed.
Added wallpaper zoom animation.
Floating Window option in the top left of Recent Apps
Fixed home setup restart.
Fixed lag issues on x series.
Animation Fixed in M Series 4 GB varient.
Bug fixes and performance improvements.
Finally fixed bug on Google feed, when you switch to dark mode.
And global animations work again.
If you do not wait for the update to come, you can download the apk that I tried with stock miui 13 :

For me it failed to install the older versions with the error "Package appears to be invalid". Happened both after only removing the updates in settings and after completely uninstalling the current version with ADB AppControl. Any ideas on how to fix that error would be very appreciated.

If you have completely removed the default and only launcher, Poco launcher, from your phone, you will have problems. Here's how I solved the similar launcher problem I had before ; Install any other free launcher and choose it by default. Then re-install the Poco launcher from google play store or the link or from any other source and select it as the default launcher. Now you can completely uninstall the other launcher if you want.

That's how I tried to do it, I forgot the mention that I used another launcher (Nova, in this case) as default while uninstalling POCO Launcher so as not to end up without a working launcher. However, even while using Nova as default I couldn't install any of the other version of POCO Launcher I tested, all I got was the error message above.

The last thing that comes to my mind is to install the x64 bit Poco launcher apk. Because sometimes i get this error too when i try to install any x32 bit apk.
I'm not completely a developer but i think horizontal recent apps menu is so bad. Vertical was way better than horizontal but just as an advice, put an option for this and optimize it.
